| The gym encounters have already begun with Liko taking on Kaede and terastallising for the first time. First half was a little unnecessary but I do always enjoy seeing Sango being a brat. The battle was cool, although it was unfortunate that Liko was taking on a bug gym leader right off the bat with Floragato. At least this paves the way for more terastal battles in the future which is exciting. Next time its Roy's turn. |

| Good, enjoyable episode. It's a pity that Liko behaves like a beginner player who levels up only her starter. If she had withdrawn Floragato and use Hatenna, she could have won. However, she should have trained her second Pokemon first, but unlike Roy and Dot, she didn't do that. Anyway, next week Roy vs Brassius rematch. I wonder if the anime script creators will let him win. It would be his first trainer battle victory since the beginning of this series. |
| I found it confusing at first that an insect-type gym leader had teddiursa a normal-type pokemon, but then I understood the theme of the movements with Kaede's profession |

| Good thing it was a baking contest coz no way Liko would have been winning a battle. Also seems like they don't have to win the battles. They aren't enrolled in the league so I guess it's fine. |

| Lol Sandwich made me laugh when she couldn't even bake a cake, Liko did well during the exam with her first use of the terastal... well she lost the battle be still passed the exam |

| Sandwich is a riot, I wish Liko would fight with Mibrim, she has seem gotten any screen time, at least Kaiden got some action. |
