| I do agree with the above posters that the pacing is far too rapid, but the needed 22-24 eps required won't ever be in the budget for a romcom nowadays.. :( I do believe that Vol. 7 is denser thematically, so I hope the studio gave the remaining episodes their due. I do hope that they give Fumiya more time in confronting his "unworthiness", it was pretty much glossed over with his conversation with Kikuchi. I'm glad the anime onlys are discovering what I've known for a couple of years; that Mimimi is a Best Girl for the ages.... :' ) |

| Ohhhh shit! Did the confession actually happen? And that fast? I can really relate to Tomozaki here considering that I've been in a situation like that and didn't really know what to do or how to react. Things didn't go well from there so I wonder how will the series take up from here. Great episode, best one so far easily. |

| the slow buildup and the sudden confession was really good, i didn't expect a confession in the last 10 seconds of the episode. i was just making up my mind about all the stuff about how mimimi wondering about the girls he talks to and stuff and even directly asking about gumi and then boom confession. really happy for tomozaki, man's really moving up. the inferiority complex needs a little work but that's what the assignments are for. if a confession from an attractive classmate doesn't make you feel more confident then idk what can. i generally don't post about tomozaki episodes but i am today so i'll take this opportunity to mention just how good they are at making those awkward scenes with all the accurate voice acting and those timings like i can feel the cringe through the screen. the whole awkwardness of tomozaki when he's trying something new like trying to talk up to two girls during the fest. also the whole awkward atmosphere is also very nicely translated, noticed that in many of the previous episodes. mimimi is great but the only problem i have with tomozaki potentially going out with someone from a common friend group (read only friend group) is that if things don't work out the friendship with others too is fucked, fucked in the sense it will be extremely awkward especially if the relationship doesn't end on good term. that's the only downside i can think of. other than that mimimi is a really good girl, she likes tomozaki for a genuine and good reasons, she's cute and charming and has decent chemestry with tomozaki. also this was our first time seeing her lovey-dovey side with the blushing and stuff and i honestly thought it was really cute. i want to see her girlfriend mode too, can't imagine how much cuter she will be. rooting for their relationship to suceed but not sure if this will be it, i'm still believing that aoi will be the one in the end. let's see. @teeuzumaki wait till you find out how many volumes cote adapts in every season episode. @tokyogoal0521 do not lose hope, she does have blue hairs but at least she doesn't have short hairs. |

| Hahaha >_< birinden itiraf gelmesini hiç beklemiyordum ben bile şaşırdım çocuğun halini düşünemiyorum. Bence animedeki en tatlı ve iyi kız Mİmimi, çok severim böyle neşeli pozitif karakterleri. Sevdiği barizdi ama bu kadar erken bir itiraf beklemiyordum helal olsun cesur kızmış. Hahaha >_< I never expected a confession from someone to the main character. Even I was surprised. I can't imagine the state of the child. I think Mimi is the sweetest and best girl in the anime. I love such cheerful, positive characters. It was obvious that he loved her, but I didn't expect such an early confession. Well done, she was a brave girl. |

| Tomozaki and Mizusawa going to Tsugumi's all-girls school for their culture festival, and clearly, the latter is scouting for girls, which the former is not mentally prepared for. At the very least, this is a social experiment for Tomozaki on "how to pick up" girls, similar to what he's doing now as part of Aoi's assignment for his Insta. As cool as Mizusawa is now, he's using his flirting skills to upgrade himself so that Aoi can notice him. Of course, they could not miss out Tsugumi's class hosting a haunted house, and the same two girls (Mako and Sayaka) come by...with the aforementioned glasses, which count as one part job done to add to his Insta. Obviously, Mizusawa sees Tomozaki's improvement in his social skills, and in the same way, recognized that. The date with Fuka to discuss on her manuscript adjusted for the class play, though when it comes to the selfie, she's a little embarrassed, but offers herself to complete the job. That completes the photo section, though when it came to the relationship, it felt like Aoi was forcing him to do so. Still though, Minami's request for him to participate in the track club on the sidelines, Tomozaki readily agrees...to show his enthusiasm. But that wanes in comparison to how Fuka wants to direct her script, until she raises the forbidden question and dives deep to choose one out of the two. Deep in his heart, Tomozaki isn't ready to raise the ranks to be either the choosing or the chosen, which presents an identity crisis when it comes to relationships. And Minami, realizing this so, gruels him on him going to Tsugumi's school, and makes him realize that what he's doing thus far has helped everyone out to be for the better. The casual confession from Minami to Tomozaki...will he bite? |

| And so a girl confessed.. just because it has to happen, for some reason, right? Though knowing the way this series works, it's pretty easy to guess how Mimimi's confession will be answered. Also, as usual the wisdom in the conversations we see these kids throwing around would never stop baffling me. Anyways, now to see how messy this would get from here on. |

| When Fuuka asked about choosing, I knew it's between her and Mimimi. But I did not expect Mimimi to confess, so yeah, it's a great episode. |
| While the tender moments between Kikuchi have been nice, I really like Nanami as a character. Since the first season we have seen so many sides to her. Her running away with her ears blushing was a moment I never thought I'd see in anime but I really liked. I hadn't talked about her since early on in season 1 where I asked for more emotions from her. I've gotten all that! And I'd say she is probably my favorite, though Kikuchi is cute as well. I don't expect Tomozaki to end up with Nanami (which is a shame) but she has been a lot of fun to watch (I still expect Hinami to be the end game, which may be sad for Nanami given her comments in S1). |
