For those who use Ebay (And other shopping sites like Amazon), do you enter bids in auctions or do you just prefer to buy what you want right away?
My waifu is the most wonderful waifu. Mai Valentine.

We're freaking out that we're running out of time, but to do what? Should i stop and think of that? Is there something i could do to slow it down? Live in a day for once, instead of watch it sprinting by

But It Now listings. Yahoo Auctions is the only auctions site I've used and I honesty have it when there is no "buy now" option, waiting till the end time to snipe bid is usually a bother and there's no guarantee that you'll win it. If it's available directly for sale then I'll definitely prefer it as long as the price isn't much different.

Buy.

I've never really liked the concept of bidding in auctions. Not to mention how easily this can be manipulated online.

Buy it now usually. Only ever done auction once, when I bought all the Zombiepowder volumes. Nobody else bid anything so it was basically the same thing.

This ground is soiled by those before me and their lies. I dare not look up for on me I feel their eyes

For buying, the buy it now option is convenient. For selling, auctions can be great because sometimes you end up getting more than you expected.

No, I prefer to just buy the product on its own.

I only like auctions as mini games like in Zelda Wind Waker but yeah I would never participate in one with real money.

I pretty much never touch auctions anymore. Most of them are faked- i.e. the owner has a 2nd account that they will just outbid you and try to run it up, and yes this is all over the place so I just do BIN listings and a lot of them have the ability to offer a lower price. They always counter lol... so much greed for every buck. But it's okay, if I decided I wanted something I don't mind paying some price that's what they want, if it's a couple bucks below listed that's not a problem.
But if I bid on something, and get outbid, see ya. And guess what, mysteriously they come back after it closes and ask me if I want it at this price (the price they outbid me with) and I'm like, nope- the price I bid at or go piss off.

I've gotten many, many things from online auctions below MSRP, even a little dopamine rush.
I feel like the people who "buy" at listing prices are the kind of pigeons who overpay for something from the grubby hands of a scalper instead of playing the waiting game.

Buy it now. With bidding, you face competition which can raise the price of the item above what you would like to pay for it. I have won a couple of auctions on Ebay. But that was only because no one else was bidding for the items.
