It was a joke based on the fact that Skyrim on release could reach framerates as low as 11fps (sometimes even lower) and its VERY highly advertized released date of November 11 2011. See here: Skyrim's save files grow in size the more you play. Combine that with the PS3's tiny 256mb system RAM and Bethesda's decision not to delay the game due to the highly advertized release date caused the game to ship with a broken memory management implementation. |
