Dabi's plan and execution was absolutely diabolical. He has some justifiable reasons as well. Not wholly, but enough to raise reasonable doubts into the established Hero society.

The hero killing villains thing is so whatever though, because it could be justified as self-defence, but we know from SO much evidence even in recent history that justified self-defence causes mob outrage, even with video footage....

Props to his VA. Conny/Zenitsu went IN.

Damn, Toya played that out so well!
Fantastic reveal and the way it was delivered!

Glad to see Jeanist still alive, I figured Hawks didn't actually kill him, though I would like to know how he convinced them.

Dabi or should I say Toya has finally gotten his big secret off his chest. What a reveal this was. His VA brought the heat with this performance.

Best Jeanist joining the fray is great. Now I wish someone had brought a Camera. His living would immediately cast doubt on Dabi's recording.

again started lacking intensity.. the build up and choice of dialogues are not doing justice to the weight of the scene (a moment which instills doubt on heroes) Hawks only saving grace is Jeanist is alive

What just happened? I would've expected even all might coming back but i didnt ever expect this. This really threw me off guard.
DABI SINGLE HANDEDLY PUSHED ALL THE HEROES INTO CORNER. AND HE IS ATTACKING THEM WITH ENDEAVOR'S PROMINENCE BURN AT THAT!
I wanted to know what happened to Toya and i believed that he died but toya turned out to be dabi? His hatred towards his dad must have been pretty insane.
This really shows that even though endeavor was trying to get closer to his family he cannot simply ignore whatever happened in the past.
This episode was totally unexpectedly awesome. I didn't think Dabi could shake the whole hero world without even fighting. And that's just how it is normally. The first person to say something usually has the upper hand. The whole trust on heroes is gonna break now because of this Endeavor history and also Hawks' killing of Jin and accused death of Best Jeanist as well. Also seeing Endeavor just standing there not being able to do anything and Shoto shouting and screaming him to move was cherry on top. Thankfully Best Jeanist comes to our rescue. please someone save our heroes, shigaraki can wake up anytime too
No matter how much you praise this episode, it was simply splendid. HUGE HUGE CREDIT TO DABI'S VA, THE ANIMATORS, THE SOUND TEAM, THE STORYBOARD TEAM AND THE DIRECTORS FOR PERFECT PACING. the impact of this episode will change the whole trajectory of hero society.
If the goal was to shake the audience as hard as the heroes… mission accomplished.

Uff, where do I even start…

First, I didn’t comment on the previous episode showing Shigaraki’s childhood frustration, so let me address that now. I’ll repeat myself for the hundredth time: he is a really poor choice for a main antagonist.

Honestly, how realistic is it that an adult would brush off a lost child asking for help and say something like “I’m sure someone will come help you”? That just doesn’t happen in real life, and even when it does, it’s extremely rare. That whole setup feels forced and artificial, clearly written just to justify his future behavior, but it doesn’t feel believable at all.

Toya Todoroki, on the other hand, has a much more grounded and understandable reason to hate his father. That part works better. Still, even he comes off as overly hysterical at times, more than the situation really calls for.

Overall, the contrast just makes Shigaraki feel even weaker as a villain, not tragic, not intimidating, just poorly written compared to what this story could have done.
