Thoughts on MHA S5 having more favorites than MHA S4?

My Hero Academia Season 5 (7.41 rating) with 9,907 favorites. Members: 988,513

My Hero Academia Season 4 (7.93 ratings) with 8,154 favorites. Members: 1,536,257

Wow, despite S5 being the lowest rated season, it actually garnered more favorites than Season 4 with less than 1 million members. That is honestly crazy... To be fair though, I do think Season 5 was arguably the most underrated season ever & I also do think that Season 5 is better than Season 1, 2, & 4.

As of this moment, S3 & S5 are tied. S6 will probably beat them both but yeah, that's my view on the seasons.

Anyways, thoughts on this y'all?

I respect that but for me, Season 4 was the weakest season.

s4 first part was a good arc and idk why s5 has more favorites but it was good at the end

They were around the same level. I think season 4 edged out season 5 by little tho. If season 5 is a light 6 in my eyes than season 4 is a strong 6.

season 4 was best until shie hisaki arc. it had one of the series best episode (infinite 100%). but school festival arc was disappointing so many fans when remember season 4, they call it bad because of school festival arc. first arc of my hero academia season 4 was one of the best arcs of entire anime.

S4 was actually my favorite season (pre s6 of course)

why?

well, my 2 favorite characters are lemillion and endavour.

my favorite episode is the finale of s4.

and I actually liked gentle criminal and thought he was funny, plus the festival song is a banger.

Why are the poll options so bad?

Pretty interesting and IMO surprising statistic, I think season 4 was better than season 5, which was a step down for the anime, but not to the degree people said it was.

If I were to compare all the different seasons, it would go something like this: 2>3>4>1>5.

Though I do think the show is pretty consistent, a solid watch and all the seasons are somewhat close to one another in quality, except for maybe season 2, which was pretty awesome from beginning to end.

Even the decrease in animation quality that mostly started with season 4, isn’t a total collapse and the show still looks fine, even if not up to the standard of earlier seasons, I also think people are influenced by shows like kimetsu and jjk and forget how most anime and most battle shounen look.

Probably because of meta liberation army arc. Even though they poorly adapted it. It was still one of the most hyped arc in manga only after Paranormal Liberation War Arc.

As for my opinion, My favorite season is season 3 and season 6 (manga wise). Season 4 (also the season with lemillion who is my favorite mha character) is slightly better than season 5 in my opinion is terms of storytelling and vastly superior in terms of production. But overall I like both season. I think school festival arc is th one which is underrated.
3=6>1>4>5=2 (based on story)

Both s4 and s5 were bad for me.... overhaul arc was pretty good but the school festival and gentle criminal completely ruined s4 for me... s5 was very bad except last few episodes...overall s4 was better though
