Monogatari Series: Final Season
| I am a huge fan of character driven plots with great dialouges, however i have been avoiding monogatari series due to the fanservice aspect. However Considering the score and the love it recieves i want to know is it really that good? I mean Can u overlook the fanservice due to the storyline? I am actually intrigued by the trailers ngl but i am hoping that the fanservice doesnt destroy the experience for me. Edit: Thankyou For all the replies i am certainly grateful. I am confident that this series will be just as good as everyone claims it to be and i guess all my doubts are gone |

| Well fanservice isn't much in monogatari, it only happens from time to time like bath scenes. But its pretty good if you like heavy-dialogue animes. Plus visuals are gorgeous . |

| There are certainly outliers, but I really don't think most people like Monogatari because of the fanservice. It's not the point of the series, and the story and characters are strong enough that it tips the scale completely in favor for the storytelling. Sure, there are bath scenes and the MC likes lolis. It's not played basic like run-of-the-mill ecchi anime, though. Not sure how to put it exactly. It adds to the quirkiness. Even though it's gotten pretty popular in recent years, it's still not for everyone. It's quite unconventional in many, many ways, and that will put off a fair number of viewers. I think you should just dive right in and assess for yourself. |

| I am not fan of fan service but in this anime it felt very artsy so I actually liked it. But it's just a very small part of the anime, there is lot more to the series. Keep in mind it's definitely not for everyone. |

| Monogatari series is masterpiece for me. The dialogues and plot are amazing but I didn't mind the fanservices because they are casual. However, this series is not meant for everyone. Only those who invested their time and effort to watch this. The animation is gorgeous. |

| you will probably dislike nisemonogatari and kizumonogatari a little bit (or every karen/tsubasa arc and interactions) but i'm pretty confident there are a lot of good stuff being said. if you don't completely despite fanservice, the monogatari series will be worth. their story, character text, direction, animation, soundtrack and so on, it's high level. suffer in oni/nise/kizu/neko and you will enjoy owari/bake/otori/hana and such. |

| It's like reading a light novel but there is a picture on every word and dialogue, I really encourage you to watch it. It's not worth missing this anime. |

| Monogatari second season and after is where it gets really good, so don't drop it if you don't enjoy Bakemonogatari |
