| This episode goes back to focusing on Seven's side adventures until he gets to Xuanwu and also gives us more insight to Dachun the bodyguards backstory, which is a nice little add on. This weeks new character is Coach Chen, who is an awesome addition to the already vast character list. The entire place is a bunch of body builders and is the origin of the martial arts that Dachun uses. Everyone there can use the golden body shield technique. Dachun left because he didn't get big and bulky like everyone else, which made him an outcast. So Seven fights Coach Chen in muscle based contests which are hysterical to watch Seven get destroyed at. Though finally it's a one on one battle and Seven is able to use the belly button weakness to comedic effect (though it seemed like they didn't know about that weakness). And even after that, he takes a punch from Chen like a champ and shows how tough he is after fighting with Dachun and other characters for so long and Chen eventually concedes defeat. It was really funny at the end when he put on a brave face just to puke his guts afterwards in private so he could keep his dramatic victory speech. He finally gets a correct map to Xuanwu and hopefully he arrives there next episode. Again, Scissor Seven brilliantly weaves its characters and story-lines in a believable fashion which gives us both funny both funny and dramatic episodes as well as interesting and well developed characters. Beyond that, the music and animation are top notch, which makes Scissor Seven one of the most fulfilling and entertaining anime to watch. |

That was one hell of a weird duel lol. Seven won at the end and finally got the right map. (hopefully) |

| Lol something is telling me that this season will be about this odissey to get in the assassin land. This series will need more seasons, lots of things in the plot to explore. (His past,lots of assassins to fight, 11th e 13th's father, that Cyberpunk land prince must appear again, the misterious Miraculous Doctor lol) This series seemed so poor in the first season, but is revealing to have a great worldbuilding. Kinda feeling a 15min mini pocket version of One Piece. |

| i was wondering, with the challenge where seven had to break through lines of walls, could that guy from before with long white hair even pull this off without weapons?? could any of the shadow seven? i can't see them doing it. i fear if the residents of rock hard country surpassed their weaknesses they might possibly be a bigger threat than anything awaiting seven in Xuanwu. also watching seven going through each island/location helping people out is fun, it's like he's training before the bigger fights come up. |
