I use a skullcandy one which model or type I don't remember, and can't find it's box. Been using it for about 1,5 years and probably the best one I had so far. The microphone part is a little broke cause I sat on it accidentally, but it still works as it should.

At home I've been using my Sennheiser HD 558 since 2012, lol. That thing is a champ.

When I'm running I mostly just use the Koss PortaPros; I think I've broken like 10 of them by now, though.

Razer Krakens on PC.

Knockoff noise cancelling headphones on the go.

I don't use in-ears because I already have tinnitus and an ear infection earlier this year actually damaged my hearing in my right ear, leaving me with hyperacusis, 15% loss and worse tinnitus.'

In all seriousness, don't use in-ears if you can avoid it, kids. They were a major factor in me getting tinnitus in the first place.

I use small red headphones. I found them in a coat that I used at school it was in the "hidden pocket" and just took them out to see the pocket and they were there, I not know how they there or how much time they have been there. And before that I use headphones more gamer stlye with mic, but it was most likely just some cheap headphones because the "cover of the ear thing" start getting bad and parts of it going to my ear and was so annoying to take them out, so I stop using them, and I use those red headphones.

Bose sound quality is nice in their noise cancelling stuff, but for 300$ + I'd expect better build quality than plastic.

I been using my Philips SHP9500's for a few years now and they sound great. I just upgraded the ear pads to the Brainwaves HM5's and now they are the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned.

I owned over 50 headphones, ranging from $X to $X,XXX. Got rid of nearly all of them.

I also got rid of my high-end speakers that cost four to five figures per pair. I get far more resolution/detail and coherency from (well-chosen) headphones than any speaker, though speakers can sound more realistic overall.

I currently use the AudioQuest NightHawk.

Some consider it to be the best headphone, superior to even ones that cost thousands due to its unique technology...while plenty disagree. I'll just say it's one of the most unique headphones and sounds amazing when paired with quality electronics and good music. It looks like this:

currently using HyperX Cloud Revolver. It's bulky, but I mostly game and rarely travel with it so it's still convenient. It's heavier on the bass side and it fits my large head perfectly. Definitely more gamer-oriented.

Mostly I use these pink earbud ones I got at the grocery store. Fancy, I know. For when I want better sound I use the Guild Wars 2 ones my Dad gave me. I have no idea what brand either are. I don't need really good ones because I am liable to make myself go deaf.

However, I've been using sony headsets for the past 5 years and Intex headsets for my work.

I'm currently using Razer Kraken Pro V2 White. By far the best headphones I've ever used. They are really comfortable and the mic is decent, you can adjust the mic, the sound via the razer synapse. Without a doubt one of the best headphones out there.

Just a question out of curiosity.

On my PC I use Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro at 80 OHM. Got them around 6 years ago, and love them. Really sturdy. Plan to get some stuff from Schiit to upgrade my listening experience when school is out.

On the go, I use Blitzwolf FYE1s. Nice and cheap, so don't mind if they get knocked around or lost. They still sound decent however. I also have the Anker soundbud slims as backups if they run out of batteries, and the standard apple cabled earphones.

What do you guys use?

6 years ago wtf! Did they never failed you?

Because i bought the same ones you have like around a half year ago, btw, i use the Fiio E10k combo, you should try it, they are siiiiick, without Dac Amp i think isn't worth at all get a 80 ohms one

I have the DT 770 Pro as well but 250 Ohm for almost a year now. They sound really good but a bit too much treble, Bass sounds amazing though. Before that I had the AKG 271 Studio for over 10 Years. But I dont want to show how they looked like in the end lol. Completely broken/Taped etc.

Btw I really like you guys/girls here mostly are using really good headphones, I think its very important to use good ones.

I used the 440s for a while and when I upgraded to the 840s I thought there was no difference but going back, there definitely is.

I got a pair of Sony MDR-7506s coming from a Behringer UMC22 interface, 24bit and a decent amp section is all you actually need despite the buzz from dumbass "audiophiles". I have some midrange 2.1 Logitech speakers for when I feel like blasting music or I'm working on the bench and can't have a dangly wire in the way. Have those coming off the monitor's audio out jack over HDMI.

At home, I have an ancient pair of Bose AE2s. I've had them for about 10 years and they're still as good as new. Not counting the earpads, which I have had to replace, but that's like changing tires on a car.

For work, I've got Bose QC35IIs. I didn't get them because they're Bose, I got them because I tried on literally every pair of headphones in about 3 different stores and these were the best. The battery life/charging time is epic on these things; I work 10 hours a day, and I can run them all day with noise-cancellation on and only have to charge them for an hour at lunch--by which I mean, I don't charge them at all at the end of the day, just at lunch. I've only had them a few months, but they're great.

And for commutes, I've got a cheap pair of wired JLab earbuds I got at Walmart. No real opinion on these, except the ear fin things are kind of interesting. Although, compared to my last two pairs (JVC Marshmallows) the cord noise is terrible--not sure if it's a design flaw or just because the "foamies" are silicone instead of foam, but...yeah. Can't move a whole lot while wearing them because the noise will drive you mad.
