| Two episodes in and I already love the characters ! Well, I must admit I like Mari a little less because she's simply not the type of character I'm super fond of, however Shirase and Hinata are just so likable, they totally won my heart. And I relate quite a lot to Hinata, I wouldn't be surprised if she becomes my favorite character but well, I'll see ! I can't wait to officially meet the 4th girl. I must say the whole "living your youth" thing isn't what makes me enjoy this show because it's just depressing to me to see that (guess that also explains why I have a bit of a hard time with Mari), but I stay for the characters, I'm sure I'll be totally in love with them by the end of the show. |

| I'm kinda addicted to that spin she does in the bed during the OP, great stuff. Good to see there's at least some common sense about not allowing high schoolers to go to the atlantic unsupervised, new girl joins, one more to go. |

| Another great episode. The running part was superb. I'm falling in love with the art and animation of this series, and the colour palette too. There's just something about it that makes me love it! And the running was really something else. It was even better when Kimari started smiling and laughing midway. Also liked how they tried to "seduce" the men lol especially with Kimari's cringeworthy outdated attempt ^^ The addition of Hinata made things even more lively. She seems to share a lot of traits with Kimari, outnumbering Shirase. Shirase was voted down lol Looking forward to seeing more! |

| One more to go and the set will be complete. Hinata is a sweetheart and she already made the series a lot better for me,we got a glimpse of the other girl in the train. The dynamic on the run scene was really beautifully animated hats down for the studio staff. |

| I wonder, if expeditions to Antarctica are actually profitable, if we're speaking about sponsors and stuff.. I mean, what researchers do there anyway?.. Are there useful things to do in this snow land?.. I don't know anything about this stuff, actually.. I mean, maybe they can find some resources there or something?.. Like oil or something.. But isn't oil cheaper to obtain in other ways anyway?.. So yeah - I'm not too knowledgeable about this, really.. Hm.. Or now thinking.. Wasn't it the other way around?.. I mean, Shirase girl could be named after the ship her mother loved, hm?.. It could have been this way as well.. This new girl connected to Shirase's and Mari's company really fluently and quickly.. I like how girls are forming relationships so far.. ;P lol, first reactions, when they got into city.. ;D lol, just what are these girls doing?.. ;D Why they need to pick up some males anyway?.. ;P As well as just what is this chase.. ;p Ah, ok, makes sense about picking guys up.. Who is that someone who was shouting "Takako!"?.. Sounded like boy's voice.. Well, getting into expedition isn't easy even for specialists, I imagine.. But this is anime.. Perhaps they'll come up with something eventually.. And another nice episode.. I like characters so far, I am entertained all the time as well.. A nice anime so far, looking for more.. ;P |

| New girl Hinata! She's stacked!!! And very smart too! Shirase and Kimari are adorable. The two grown-ups are part of Shirase's mom expedition team. What happened three years ago? From the look of it, it seems her mom died in Antarctica, she must be Takako.. ..Yep, this anime is definitely going to make me tear up in the later eps. |

But hey this ain't neighbouring town we're talking about, this is ANTARCTICA. So makes sense they won't get the permission, and then there's the thing happened to Shirase's mom too, so yeah. |

| The chase scene was incredible, it felt like I was there with the adrenaline rush of the moment. Then the flashback where someone yells "Takako! Takako!" I also felt the feeling |

| Amazing show so far. The characters banter is excellent. The story is made more interesting by the characters and circumstances and that is awesome and refreshing to see. |

| love this one a lot, the chase scene reminds me of when i took my first walk down 5th ave in manhattan knowing i was a resident rather than a tourist :,3 the adrenaline of engaging in something out of the ordinary is enthralling. only thing i worry about is their means of getting on board the ship isnt some deus ex shit. like how will maki convince her mom? |
| In case people have wondered about this, there's a translation mistake in this episode (at least on crunchyroll) at around 8:00. Kimari doesn't say "I would rather think "I wish I'd gone", "I wish I'd followed Shirase's plan"", as that would imply she would like not coming and then regretting it (which is dumb) She actually says " I would rather think "I'm glad I went", "I am glad I followed Shirase's plan"", which makes more sense for obvious reasons |
| Just got introduced to Hinata and it feels like she's been part of the group for some episodes already. Loving this trio, their determination is cute and so far the chemistry between them feels.. right? :d |
