| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- xDD Just as expected, my deduction was correct! It was nice seeing everyone without their memories except Robin hehe .. and right, it was nice for them to do those short flashbacks. (especially for people like me who forgot almost everything about the beginning. Well let's say, 40% hehe) and yosha! Nami shower scene xDD hehe, even tho the most important parts weren't shown -__- and It seems Luffy regained his memories by the end o_O! Luffy: "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING UP THERE!? You can't stand on that! I decided that would be my special seat!" 5/5 ep! Wonder what's gonna happen next~ |

| Oh yea figures theyd separate the the 2 with arguably the saddest pasts. Funny how after nearly 200 episodes those intro arcs for the respective characters still pack an emotional punch. I really wish this arc want filler, but still regardless im loving it and good Luffy the oldest member got his memories although at the same time the dumbest one but still. |
| Yeah this episode is great, when they show some of the past characters from the straw hats crew. Just seeing belmare, brings tears to my eyes. Makes me miss the early character development arcs of one piece. |

| It's not too bad, it's more like a flashback episode though. And its clear that kid took the villagers memories, too, seeing as their so desperate for information from the newspaper. I'm still holding out for a good reason for all this but I also think I might be terribly disappointed. |

| Nice to see the flashbacks redone with the newer animation. I guess this filler will be dedicated to these memories of everyone's backstories and how they came to be a part of the Straw Hat Pirates. |

| Robin can stay up a very long time. She’s been up for like 2 entire days and she’s still as elegant as ever. Seeing Nami and Zoro’s backstory again was so sad. It made me want to go back and rewatch all of the Straw Hats backstories because I’m starting to get foggy on the details of them. It would be nice to remind myself where they all came from. Little Zoro was adorable and tragic. Nami bath scene, cool. There’s something about filler that gives Luffy amazing one liners. “Who cares if we lose all our memories, we can go on another fun adventure to make some more! Our dreams won’t be lost.”, Luffy’s optimism and ability to make the best out of every single scenario you could think of is so admirable. This is why he is my life goal. I wonder why the weird power the memory stealing kid did didn’t work on him. |

| Glad Luffy got his memories back. Feel like Nami might eventually come around but zoro might he the difficult one to get back on their side. Maybe get a fight with him. |
| You’d think that an arc that's about a boy with a seahorse horn going and stealing the memories of the Straw Hats would literally make the whole arc annoying but no the interesting thing is we have villagers to add into the mix so that means Luffy and co AREN'T the only ones who have lost their memories. So OK we have a reason for why the boy in question is here on this island. Plus it does give us flashback scenes of the Straw Hats back stories but with the new animation style we've had since episode 207. It's also a reminder of why the crew set out to the Grand Line in the first place. And Zorro and Nami’s backstories still leave an impact on me as a result. What's with filler episodes and giving Luffy awesome lines? “Who cares if we lose all our memories? We go on another fun adventure to get some more! Our dreams won't be lost.” So optimistic, that Luffy, so optimistic. Still I'm still enjoying this arc, even if it's not that long anyway. |
