This is such an underrated show. I'd say it's just as good or even better than Haikyuu

I legit do not get why people don't like this. It had amazing character development, an intriguing story and the pacing was spot on.
Yes, in the beginning, I was upset about the retcon, but the way the show is paced in having the Kyoto trio and others accept Rin is so much better here than the quick 2 ep explanation in season 1. Everyone reaches their own conclusion and they do it at their own pace.
Nothing in this is forced.

An underrated gem of the season with fantastic characters and amazing plot and animation. I can't wait for the fandom to grow.

I still hate that fanservice scene in ep 9; sucks all the drama out of the moment
Fight scenes are amazing and the lighting, and music are also very well done. The characters on introduction are all interesting. The pieces are in place for an absolutely amazing show. The fanservice and pacing holds it back.

Episode 10 is where it picks up. Oh my god. The pacing picks up, the story becomes more engaging and you come to really care for the characters. Asakusa arc is where this thing picks up. It shouldn't have taken 10 episodes for the show to find its groove, but I'm glad it did. This is not the same show as when you began.

Highly underrated. Brilliant soundtrack, animation and gripping story. Character development is given to those outside of the main two. All very likable and feel like they share a genuine bond.
