Synopsis

Guin and Dianna head through Nocis, having difficulty from the rioting populace. They are helped by Loran and Harry in their respective mobile suits. Loran meets up with Keith, who is trying to support the family of his boss, who was injured in the Moonrace attack. Dianna and her advisor Miran Rex try to negotiate with Guin for the Sunbelt Zone, without much success. During a battle with Dianna Counter, Loran discovers a secret cache of weapons, most of which crumble, but they are enough to fight them off.
