Togainu no Chi

They are both based on a BL game that involves fighting. They were also made by the same company. 

Both are based on BL games created by Nitro+Chiral and involve a male protagonist being placed into life-or-death situations. 

Both are non-yaoi adaptions of yaoi games from the same company, as someone somewhere thought that was a good idea. Being from the same company, they both have several things similiar. Some sort of slightly dystopia world, some sort of game. Akira and Aoba, the main characters of these two anime, more or less have the same exact backstory. A few of the characters are also similiar. And both of these shows have absolutely terrible animation.  

Both are based on BL games of the same company (Nitro+Chiral, the BL-branch of Nitroplus). All of them share the genres of Action and Sci-Fi. But in DRAMAtical Murder you won't find any Shounen Ai or Yaoi part while in Togainu you can find Shounen Ai. Moreover the two animes are worth playing games even if the animation don't seem to be appealing... 

Both are produced by Nitro+Chiral so that should make it obvious that there would be many similarities. Both are anime based on a visual novel of the same name and both have shounen-ai content although the games have a lot more of this as well as more violence and blood as a lot of this was censored in the anime adaption (especially in Togainu No Chi's case). They both have similar themes and even the characters are similar in some ways exp. the relationship between Akira (Protag) and Keisuke (Childhood friend character) reminds me of how Clear behaves with Aoba. Also, if you liked the overall game-theme DRAMAtical Murder provided, Togainu No Chi also has this in a sense, the protag is involved in a street game called Bl@ster and without giving any spoilers the entire series is set in a game of life and death in itself. Another thing to mention is both are set in similar yet opposite settings, both are set in a cityscape type setting, the main difference is you can think of Togainu No Chi as a more apocalyptic or dark version of the futuristic setting you see in DMMd. read more 

Both are edgy bl series based around visual novels and also lots of action in it as well too.

Both anime offers. - main character jailed. (THE CHOSEN ONE) - sent off to a life and death battle. - one supporting character entered in the jail for free someone. - Bloob Blood Blood. - many death. - gloomy/dull atmosphere. - You will ask a lot of questions.  

Both main characters are set up. In Togainu No Chi the main character ends up in a life and death game. In Deadman Wonderland the main character ends up in a similar game in a prison. Togainu no Chi is darker than Deadman Wonderland though. 

Imagine being falsely accused of committing a murder and having to serve a lifelong sentence in prison because of it. This happens to both Akira (Togainu no chi) and Ganta (Deadman Wonderland) and they both have a 'chance' to make the best of their sentences by fighting others in some sort of survival game. Even though Togainu no chi has a lot of shounen-ai elements that Deadman Wonderland doesn't have, I think these anime are similar when it comes to genre. (Both are action and sci-fi anime) In any case, you'll be seeing enough fights, blood and despair to last you for a while.  

They are pretty similar to me. Both protagonists of the series are male guys who are taken to prison who later are part of a survival game. Both protagonists have a partner who fights with them Both have gore. Both make you question the human morality, even if they're sci-fi. 

Both: -are short -stories happen in post-apocalyptic Tokyo (after earhquake/war) -have main characters falsely acused of something -revolve around death games 

Both are survival based series with lots of action and violence in it as well. 

Both are very bloody, main characters both have white hair, allies, and a sudden death.  

both are ultra violent af dark and broody anime with nice visuals,art and character designs. 

Both series have similar atmospheres and focus on survival where dogtags also play a main role in the characters lifestyles. Both are set in a semi-lawless environment and have frequent fighting/killing. There are also drugs that enhance physical human capabilities with both series. 

Both series are set in an environment where there is frequent killing and the characters carry tags. The atmosphere has a more muted/gloomy tone to it and both series depict adult themes. 

Both of these anime are a bit of gore + blood. Both of them are Shounen Ai. Both of have some same story plot. In Vassalord they are vampires while TnC is a human guys. You will definitely like Vassalord/togainu no chi if you like vassalord/togainu no chi. Both of the anime have a hot guys as well. <3  

both are pretty violent af action packed stories with lots of chaos happening from time to time. 

Both stories focus around a play or die type of concept. 

Both series tell about the game, in which the player must fight through pick something opponents. 

Both Dogs and -NoChi deal with the underground of futuristic cities. They both are animated using gray tones, giving the whole thing a "gray look" {it's always raining, or is cloudy in both animes}. The plots are darker and deal with gloomy themes such as being able to kill another person and moral values. I recomend the Dogs manga more than the OVA, because you get to go more in-depth, and a forewarning, -NoChi was supposed to be made after the BL game. But overall, I think that if you like one, you should give the other a shot.
