Epic mahjong. Koizumi is more epic, but Saki has cute girls.

Both: Ridiculous grown men, history jokes and world leaders, short episodes, and 'war games'.

Mudazumo Naki Kaikaku, although short, is made to be literally Jojo's Bizarre Adventure featuring satirical real life world leaders deciding political affairs in games of Mahjong. That means, you will get to see Junichiro Koizumi, previously Japan's Prime Minister, clashing directly with people like the Bushs, North Korea dictators, and China's proeminent political figures: all of this with the over the top action and exaggerated situations intrinsic to Jojo.

Both are about Mahjong but Mudazumo has just that bit more epicness attached to it!

Both series are littered with over-the-top 'manliness' in lue of Fist of the North Star and other older preposterone series. Both are parodies that are not afraid to be absolutely absurd.

Even more mahjong. If you liked Tetsuya then you should definitely check out Koizumi.

Though the Mudazumo manga is superior in my mind both series deal with mahjong played at a fantastic level, though Akagi is way more grounded in reality. Still I think most people who enjoyed either series will enjoy the other.

Both contains a stupid amount of things that makes absolutely no sense but somehow are funny as hell... although it's a short series, you can go read the manga if you liked it.
