Synopsis

All his life, Riku Tachibana has been raised by his grandfather. For some reason, the old man has always been fond of strange hand gestures, and they've rubbed off on Riku, who performs them almost subconsciously, to his classmates' great amusement. One day, however, it suddenly becomes clear to Riku what his grandfather has been surreptitiously teaching him. And the teachings could mean the difference between life and death for Riku.

Right, giving a full 10 marks to a ranked 1473 anime seemed too much, but it's NOT! This isn't like typical anime such as pokemon or digimon, where you summon some kind of monster out and fight for the main character. NO!!! THIS IS TRUELY A MASTERPIECE! At first I was watching this anime for fun, planning to abondon it after a few episodes because I don't really like these kind of anime. However, I didn't! And I've watched it UNTIL THE END!!!

The characters are not bad (7/10) The story is too beautiful that I can't give a perfect 10 mark to it (9/10) because read more

Plot wise, the story seems to built up quite steadily well however I cannot stand how onmyouji have to be using somewhat like pokedex only that its one shikigami to one player(?). Well, it seems far from a typical onmyouji genre so I am not really sure if I like or dislike it, however I do like how the story is mainly focusing on friendship/betrayal/self doubts etc etc that we normally questioned ourselves in modern life. For this, I shall give the story 8/10. As for character development, it was really established in a really nice plot, so I would have to give a 10/10 read more
