I was rather tepid on the first half of this arc. Especially knowing where it was going to go from the manga, I was more excited by this portion of the season.

And did it ever deliver.

This is really the first time in the series when it’s not a brains vs. brawn fight or just a crafting extravaganza. We get a straight up match of intellects in the best episode of the series so far (episode 9), which truly delivers on the visual and emotional front. Beyond that, it’s just a great showcase of how far they’ve come, how well they can win over enemies, and ... the employment of a new weapon that really changed the game, all of which elevates this season. If that comprised more of it, the score for this would be higher still, but we’ve got a bit to go before getting to Dr. Stone’s best season (cannot wait for S4!), so it’s still got room to grow.

It's always the same with this anime series, only peak writing, peak animation, peak humour and suspense. This season we get closer to our goal which is "What's behind the petrification?" and as crazy as it sounds slowly step by step we finally see new paths of knowledge lighting up.

The characters are beyond well written, the more characters we get, the better the plot gets (max W if you ask me) especially the villains. I won't spoil but I could never predict what will happen each episode except if it was properly explained obviously.

As I wrote in my other reviews, the soundtrack is ... forever perfect here, it just brings layers to the anime so easily and perfectly, the new openings are great too, not 10/10 let's be honest but they're really good. I like how the OST is used just the right amount all the time, they're not using it too less or too much and whenever you hear it, it has meaning each time.

Now to get back on the characters I really love the dynamics between them and how they all grow together and learn from each other it's stunningly beautiful how human those fictional people are. Genuinely both the good, the bad, and the ugly it's just so realistic and well executed.

One thing I miss the most is that the more complex things get the less explanation we are fed, which is what made me fall in love with this series at first. Seeing Senku making ramen and getting every each ingredient was something so exciting to me but obviously they'd have to pass some steps to gain time now and all so, I have to accept it just the way it is.

Some minus points, every man in this is so unique in my eyes but women all have the same physique except when they're children now, don't give me the argument "Artist has this habit because he used to draw this and that" I'm just saying, it's sad that we only get to see one type of woman throughout everything but with different hair and face (not saying they're bad looking, of course not). Hoping to see more variety next!!

Shorter, this season was VERY satsifying to me, I loved every second and got emotional when the anime intended viewers to be. it's doing its job well, plot is exceptionally nicely paced and I WANT THE SEASON FOUR NOW DAMN IT!!

Story (9) :
I like the storyline with the problem of the source of this petrification and it still hasn't been solved because there is still a mastermind behind this petrification, but what I don't like is that after Dr Stone season 1, all the inventions or creations were very fast in 2 minutes. make all the stuff finished in 1 episode. With this, maybe the author can forget how the vision and mission of Dr Stone season 1 is different from season 1. Apart from that, what I like the most is the Medusa capture mission, which in my opinion is the best arc ... in the Treasure Island arc. The reason I gave it 9 is because the struggle for Medusa carries the story.

Character (9) :
Many characters come together and I like the personalities they have and how they are implemented this season. And what I like the most is the enemy named Ibara. He is the villain I expected, namely outsmarting and manipulation. because of the struggle for the meduca arc, he was the one carrying the arc. Even though he doesn't have any knowledge about science, because he's cunning and he's always alert, that's what makes him clever at ruining the science kingdom's strategy and getting caught in a trap.

I don't pay much attention to the sound but it's good in every scene. I also like the opening

After season 1, Stone Wars & A New World Part 1 was a bit less tense & didn't live up to expectations. I didn't expect season 3 part 2 to be this good and very tense because there were lots of plot twists. And I'm really proud of the story this season. The best arc so far. I hope that season 4 will continue and get better

Excellent adaptation from the manga!

Simple synopsis: After Senku obtains the treasure from treasure Island his new goal is to obtain the petrification weapon "the Medusa" so that he can learn more about it, and possibly even use it, but he has to battle the chief and his forces on the island in order to get it.

As I was watching this part 2 of this season I was wondering if I would feel the same excitement like I did when I was reading the manga each week as a new chapter released. And I am proud to say yes. This part 2 recreated that same ... feeling if not was even better. It kept me on my toes in a lot of moments, and I loved every single minute. Though this was probably the best arc to me there is still more to come and I cannot wait to see the next season. Overall 10/10.

Dr. Stone: New World Part 2 was a great continuation from the previous seasons, it had moments of insane tension, moments of great worldbuilding, moments of really nice character moments and so much more. I really like the direction this show has taken as it's gone on, the change in pacing compliments this as well with how much broader the story has become and this season certainly went even further than before in this regard, stuff's getting seriously crazy now and I'm all for it. I really did enjoy how much progression there was this season, loads of things were answered and characters really had ... their time to shine both new and old which was great to see. In addition there was a real intensity to this season, I was really invested in the main turmoil and it had such a satisfying payoff.

Overall I'm super excited for the next part as that's already been confirmed, few complaints for this season really this show fills a certain void within me that few other pieces of media can seem to and I'm very grateful for that!

This anime is UNBELIEVABLE, SURREAL GOOD! To this day I wonder what kind of monster the author of Dr.Stone is for being able to think of something so well written and still transmit scientific knowledge to those who watch, there have been several situations where I found myself remembering teachings about chemistry that the ANIME taught me. taught, that is, Dr.Stone made me interested in chemistry, a subject that I hated at school and had no interest in at all, I think this anime should really be shown in schools, it would probably make students much more interested in learning school subjects. But besides being ... incredible and didactic, it has a very good comedy, I can't stand the exaggerated looks of the characters, speaking of them, they are very well crafted, you will hardly hate anyone and if you do, the author will certainly give you the necessary reasons in the future to make him likeable. As for the topic of waifus and husbands, which I know you like, this anime is a FULL dish:

Possible husbands: Senku, Ryusui, Gen, Kinro, Tsukasa, Chrome, Moz, etc.

Possible waifus: Kohaku, Ruri, Yuzuriha, Nikki, Minami, Kirisame, François, etc.

And look, there must still be much more than what I've already seen here. FINALLY, watch it if you want to spend your time on something worthwhile!!! MASTERPIECE this anime 🌟

New World continues the journey where the previous season picked up but didn't complete the story. Like previous seasons, it was pretty much beat for beat with the manga and included every memorable scene. The characters once again were easy to like and easy to root for, though Senkuu is still trying to carpetbag his way through the future. It's a shame that we only got 11 episodes yet again, but it was a good 11 episodes, so that's what counts. It's also nice that the anime continues to tone down Boichi's horny on main artstyle.

If you enjoyed the previous seasons of Dr. Stone, ... you'll enjoy this one too. It of course comes with all its flaws as usual but the strength of the characters and narrative outweigh the quibbles yet again.

# Storyline
because this anime is an adaptation of the manga with the same title, making viewers who have read the manga certainly know the outline of the story in this anime. so that the execution from manga to anime that needs to be a concern. the whole story of Dr.Stone season 3 is not much different from the manga, the story of the manga can be adapted very well by the team without being changed and modified like some other anime adaptations.

# Animation
The animation in this anime plays an important role in the adaptation process. because the animation shown should be ... interesting enough for manga readers who already know the overall storyline. according to my point of view the results shown are quite satisfactory. especially in the explanation scene where the manga panel is filled with writing, this is often an obstacle during reading the manga. however, the studio can make it more interesting to watch and easier to understand.
The animation at the opening looks very beautiful with various cinematic scenes. on the other hand, the ending animation is also no less good by using sand painting.

# Music
The opening and Ending music is nothing special.(personal taste)

It's hard to find an anime that can make you feel excited in every episode that you watch! This anime gives you goosebumps whereas makes you understand the meaning of trust (with your team), love, enjoy, and sad in one season.

Story (10/10) - It is a perfect combination of "Adventure", "Fighting", "Strategy", "Management", "Psychology" in one anime. It's really a masterpiece anime that you should watch once in your life. It also provides scientific knowledge along the way.

Graphic (9/10) - Character is non-detailed (like a sketch) in some scenes but most of the scene still looks good.

Realistic (8.5/10) - Some part of the ... story is unrealistic such as cryosleep, how to find a specific person under very deep deep soil, the wound from the antagonist that should have holes in the body can be healed by (xxx) are not realistic at all. But we can just ignore them to make the story to be fun. :)

This review will be based off of being able to consistently watch all the episodes together (Part 1 and 2 together).

We get to watch Senkuu and the gain overcome the stone world using modern technology to fly, develop crops/agriculture, machines to dig for minerals and of course transportation that can take you across the world. With a new Science team formed, they take everyone on an adventure to find more ways to develop the revival fluid.
On their adventures, they're always prepared for the unexpected. But when they reach the island where the past astronauts started it all, they run into a little trouble with a ... Kingdom thats been around for centuries.

I've loved Dr Stone since it was first aired in 2019. Watching the development slowly happen around Senkuu because of all the knowledge he holds and will gladly share. I never thought the show would have plot armour, but Part 2 seemed to have a little bit of it (even though they used Science to solve everything, it did seem a little convenient in the best ways possible). And most importantly the OST for New World was a BANNER as expected from the previous seasons.

I'd recommend this series for anyone who enjoyed the first two season (for obvious reasons) and needs a little change of pass in their current choice of binge (you get a healthy dose of laughter and knowledge in every episodes).

Another great season of Dr. Stone. As much as I hate the Attack on Titan approach of splitting seasons up into parts, it was still a great watch. I did find myself slightly struggling to remember what had happened in the last part, but if you aren't watching this as it aired that isn't an issue. I can't wait for the next season, can't believe that it's the final when there is still a lot to animate. I hope it doesn't become a Dr. Stone The Final Season part 4 issue but given the trend that's probably what will happen. If you've made it this ... far into Dr. Stone there isn't a whole lot to say, you already know its good and worth watching.
