Isekai Yakkyoku

Both protagonist have an obsession either over books or pharmaceutical studies. They reincarnate into a fantasy world as children of a rich / poor family with bonus magical powers and use the knowledge from their previous life to advance in their world. 

Honzuki No Gekokujou = Librarian gets reincarnated into a world where books are not easily accesible. They then decides to make their own books. Isekai Yakkyoku = Medical researcher gets reincarnated into a world where health care is not easily accesible for everyone. They then decides to make their own pharmarcy and make medicine more accesible to everyone.  

Both have an Isekai theme based on working classe adult reincarnating in a fantsay but medieval era world as a child form. Both then proceed to bring their knowledge from their world to this new one while trying to hide their identity as reincarnation.  

Ascendance of a Bookworm: Librarian and bookworm dies in a library and gets isekai'd into another world as a baby retaining their previous life memories and use this to make inventions. They pursue their love for books in a world scarce of books. Isekai Yakkyoku: Pharmacist dies due to overworking and gets isekai'd into a world where medicine is still primitive. They retain their knowledge from their old life and use it to help create more accessible medicine for everyone by building their own pharmacy. 

Both features MC who died and took over a child's body from another world. With their knowledge from their original world, they use that knowledge to improve the lives of others surrounding them. Slow but steadily enhances the technology in their new world  

Both main characters are children armed with advanced knowledge of modern technology that they have gained from their previous life Both are reincarnated into a world that is set in past, where in Isekai Yakkoku Falma is born in world of magic and is blessed with divine power & vast medical expertise. Yet in AOTB (Ascendence of the bookworm) Myne is born in an era where commoners & the elite reside in separate zones & reading materials are non existent for commoners. Both main characters use their other worldly knowledge to achieve their goals, experience similar obstacles yet overcome these in different ways.  

Both isekais, where people get to their new' underdeveloped world' without first seeing a god who explains it all, so they figure out things as they go They both inhabit the body of a child, and they both want to make their new world a better place. Both of the stories are legit about making things better and the steps they take and the hurdles they overcome, neither has sexual scenes, overnakedness and your typical fanservice. Both of these anime makes you want to root for the main character.  

Isekai. Healing people. MC is OP. Both characters don't have many losses in their new life; everything goes pretty smoothly. 

They both have an isekai theme based on adult reincarnating in a world that don't have the same medical knowledge as their own. Then Both MC make their mission to contribute their knowledge for the greater good to the community.  

MC gets isekai'd and they retain their knowledge from their old life and use it to help create more knowledge and access to medicine and healthcare for everyone. 

Both are isekai where MC uses their newfound power to heal others.  

In both of these shows, the MC is focused on personal growth through education / magic medicine and holds the well-being of others as the most important thing. They are both more about how the MC can fit into the world and make it a better place vs fighting. 

Both are isekai animes where a person who dies in the real world get a new life in another world, as a child, where they're able to apply the skills from their first life, which includes both creating things and starting a business. 

Both MCs die from overworking and are transported into another world in a child's body. With their knowledge from their original world, they use that knowledge to improve the lives of others surrounding them.  

Assassins vs pharmacists, other than that pretty much very similar. With how competent the father is at his job and how strict he is with son and his training (starting from like age 4). Just like Lugh used to be an assassin in previous life, so did Farma as a pharmacist. Lotte the maid is similar to Tarte with how loyal they are to MC, albeit their personalities are different. Characters and personalities and story is different and Isekai Yakkyoku is more light hearted and much better imo. 

both MCs are reincarnated as a child in the royal family and have maid, teacher, & perks at their disposal. Before being reincarnated, they both had the same skill set in their field as a doctor (Isekai Yakkyoku) & assassin (Ansatsu Kizoku), and they took their skills to the next life. 

While one is an isekai and the other isn't, both feature smart protagonists who are in one form of another practitioners of science. Both anime in some form help celebrate how far we've come as humans in terms of the things we've given rise to - though with Parallel World Pharmacy, this revolves more around medicine (and a little bit of cosmetics) than technology as a whole. While Isekai Yakkyoku does feature magic which may not be for everyone, there is also a scientific element involving the composition of things.  

Both are an isekai with medical as their focus. MC often uses its special power to create medicine to aid people around them.  

1) Both animes are following the MC's as they build a store to help those around them. So following a lot of their day to day lives as owners and the troubles that arises around them. Both in relation to their business' and personal lives. 2) Both MC's show talent/power greater than those around them that they both use to help further their craft and talents. 3) Both MC's generally want to help people out of the generosity of their hearts, but Shinmai's MC isn't afraid to get that money while doing so. I know that's similar to point 1, but I think it's different enough. 

Both Gekai Elise and Isekai Yakkyoku involve an individual with impressive medical skills being reincarnated into a noble living in a fantasy world lacking advanced medical knowledge. In each case, the person reincarnated is dedicated to saving the lives of as many people as possible using the medical skills they learned in their previous lives. However, suspicion falls on both protagonists as they hide their experiences of their past lives and where they obtained their skills.
