Hey, thanks for friend request.

Well, Monoke is a very unique anime that is definitely not for everyone.
I liked it and would recommend it to anyone who likes supernatural anime
that focuses more on story and dialogue than action,
and is open to little artistic freedom because it often looks like it was made by people high on LSD.
However, if you prefer action to story and more "conventional" animation, then it might not be for you.

Thank you so much for the recommendation, Trigun had been on mind for a bit and when I finally got to watching it, the action is jam packed and the main character is funny. I'll probably go watch the new remake of it once I finish the original, hope you have had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Hmm, I don't think it's a sequel. Rather, it a basically a full re-adaptation of the series. I do like the new color and visual presentation from the two trailers that I have watched. The voice acting is on point too. As expected for Trigun's first half, it's a fun and nonserious story as the trailers' vibes do give off. But watching it closely, there's something else there too. I'm honestly looking forward to it but with a few caveats.
