Both series revolve around spiritual themes and consequences of wrong life actions.

Both shows revolve around the main character having the ability to see "the supernatural" and their sensei guiding them. I do have to mention that there aren't any psychic powers in Kai Byoui Ramune as there are in Mob Psycho 100. Though Dr. Ramune doesn't have money on his mind while guiding their pupil.

Both have a similar vibe concerning supernatural and the ability to see youkai or mysterious things. Both have good humour and similar supporting characters

These two shows both deal with the supernatural mixing a modern world with the traditional Japanese style. In both we see a young man that, of necessity, becomes the assistant of a mysterious "doctor" who deals with strange cases using unconventional methods. The young man is then immersed in this new parallel reality where he meets all kinds of oddities.

The aspect of "weird diseases" makes me think of monogatari. The episodes are showing various cases. Still, the atmosphere is different

Very similar psychological themes focused around critically thinking to uncover latent problems and solutions.

Both deals with Psychological sickness and help people

This literally has the same feeling, I don't know why nobody has recommended this because even though these are different premises they are quite similar in themes. They both have some sort of psychological premise, mostly light-hearted comedy but sometimes they will give a more serious vibe. The art of both of these are kind of similar in a way.

Both talking mystical stories about their clients. In one anime main protagonists rent mystical items (tsukumogami) and in another they cure diseases by mystical items. By both they help other people and in both anime they learn stories behind characters life problems.

Both deals with supernatural stuff and handed by mysterious MC. Meanwhile Jigoku Shoujo takes part with death, punishment and disgraceful events, Ramune is envolt with the mystics and, just like Jigoku shoujo, punishment comes along with the submission of a price when accepting the circumstances to solve some hardship, that being some weird manifestation or just human conflicts generated with the daily relationships. In short, both have prices while accepting a treatment (Ramune) or vengeance (Jigoku Shoujo). PS: another interesting thing about both is that you actually can start with whatever episode you feel like because the story of an episode is linear and, mostly, it  read more

Both are about healing "things" that a normal doctor can't heal. Something like emotions and inner wishes you can't tell others. MAybe a big diffrence will be, chocola maho is more "lolita" or "gothic" stily, while kai byoui ramune is more "traditonal" so far.
