Both anime are educutional anime that teach about animals in a comedic way. Both are great comedy, so whether you just want a good laugh or learn about animals, I recommend both anime. Main difference is in Muranase the animals are antropomorphized and has moe wolf-girls and cat-girls etc., while Tenchi Souzou has normal humans and normal animals.

Airhead and hyper energetic girl that tries to always be around the tsundere-ish main character that excels at tsukkomi.

Both are absolutely hilarious and have some furry undertones. BNA has more of an actual narrative though while Seton academy is simply lighthearted fun.

These anime, while varying in tone and style of humor, are similar in one core respect that I believe makes a recommendation appropriate. At their most basic levels, these shows revolve around a human man interacting with non-human girls in a school setting, and all the challenges and hilarity that comes with that. In Seton, we follow a human student interacting with various animal girls. And in Demi-chan we follow a human teacher teaching and learning about monster-girl students. While Seton is a more comedic show and Demi-chan is more strictly slice of life/coming of age story, both carry a similar undeniable charm because of the  read more

Set in a school where the students are a mixture of anthropomorphic animals, both focus on interpecies relationship. While Seton Gakuen is a comedy, Beastars is a drama.

Harem comedies about a human male who encounters various types of demihumans and helps demihuman girls with their troubles. In Seton Gakuen the protagonist is a student, while in Monster Musume no Oishasan he is a doctor.

Both shows have biology information presented with cute anime girls. Mostly family friendly with a lot of easter eggs and creative ways of presenting scientific info

Similarities: -Same MC's situation in which his life turns upside down the moment persistence girl appears in his life. -Same MC with tsundere attitude. Dissimilarities : - One was set in College while the other one was set in high school. -The MC in one anime has a girl that he likes but can't make a move cu'z other girl keep getting in his way, while the MC in the other anime is a legit loner.

Main boy trying to be normal finds himself caught in a few situations with a delutional girl that despite his attempts to stop it ends with them forming a club with other delutional girls.

Enjoyed watching Harem ! the male Protagonist in both the anime series experience a 4 girls around him who is directly or indirectly love him. But the male protagonist is too dense to feel it and even though he know didn't want to get involved in any of the relation!.

Land and Water. Ok, so how are they similar? I can really consider Ika Musume and Ranka being the more chaotic main characters in their animes. They are animals of course, they usually don’t wanna lose against someone who are challenging them. Sometimes they get attacked or teased by even some smaller characters or bigger characters I would say. You still have the humorous slapsticks going on there. For Ika, you get the three stooges, Takeru’s friends, Ika’s friends. For Ranka, you get the gang of monkeys, Lion and Impala, The dolphins, mammals, etc. Can’t elaborate more animals because theyre so many to say lol. But any who.  read more

Same edgy main character, join a club with a lot of weird girls, same comedy theme

Both have different character gimmicks which leads to all kinds of comedic interactions. Both have friend groups that just grow in number and results in camaraderie. Both have main characters who didn't want to have such friend groups at first. Basically, both have the same formula but with different styles and settings.

very similar. tbh i think some plots are brought here from seton academy. except iruma-kun feels more draggy

Seton Gakuen is also in a high school setting but has anthro animals instead of monsters as characters with a male lead.

The main characters both have a cute wolf friend who is overly clingy and attached, both share the same amount of comedy, light and fluffy almost relaxing iyashikei atmosphere.

Both series revolve around academies specialised in promoting interspecies coexistence, both with human male protagonists (one an ordinary "doofus" who accepts being in a school with mythical monsters and the other an edgy tsundere who claims to hate beasts) surrounded with a group of cute mythical & anthropomorphic girls. Great comedies each with their own set variation of characters, definitely something to watch to relax after an eventful day if these types of shows interest you.

School-set wacky comedies where a human has to attend school with other people that aren't humans, in Seton the human is with anthropomorphic animals and in Yohaji the human is with youkai. There are pointers within both where you learn more about the species there, one regarding different animal species and the other on youkai. Main difference is that Seton's human MC is a student whereas Yohaji's human MC is a teacher, also that Yohaji leans more towards gag humour and Seton is more ecchi oriented within its comedy.

Both are about a group of different humanoid animals mingling with each other. Ranka and Uruno are both wolves separated from their pack trying to find their place in the world.

Similar type of absurdist animal humor. The speciesism and straight s**ist character design should be a hint

Lovely funny roaster of characters in both series. The chemistry of chaos between all of them is marvelous. Both have skeptical protagonist with a mad-thirsty roaster of side characters. Both series does really well in making funny, compelling and iconic moments with it's crew. Murenase is more related to a slice of life approach and, by its premise, have a "zoology" context- having a anthropomorphic school of humana-animals with each student being of a distinct animal race, humans including but also chimpanzees, wolves, pandas and even sloths. KamiNaki would have a more "generic" Isekai world but it actually has a twist and the story itself  read more

a story about how a character is forced into an unknown world striving to understand their new surroundings, they find some animal eared friends along the way.

Both series cover interspecies coexistence using the main cast. The main characters of both anime are constantly harassed by a part animal, part human girl. They are both very humorous in their various ways as well.

Both being set in schools where ordinary human male characters are being set in a school where the phenomena and reality are set in trying to navigate why students look and act so different from other humans around them. Also, occasional romance does work in here.

a fantasy world where characters slowly change their opinion of others and maybe their situation. lots of cute animal eared girls in both.
