Uma Musume: Pretty Derby

The same plot where it involves girl getting into some odd sports with the ambition of making it big.  

Both shows have characters who are anthropomorphic. In this case it's animal people. 

Both are animes about daily life. Also both main characters are "horse-girls" 

Girls doing sports, namely running. Not much story, but much moe 

Two shows with an only girls rivalry, genki main character, "trying to make dreams and goals come true" theme, GL-bate relationships and idol music. 

You will love these anime if you want to watch how girls compete hard and strive to become the best in the country. Both stories show the path of hard training in a business you've never done before. The victory will go to those who possess talent, perseverance and luck. 

They have the same vibes but just in sport version - they both have monster girls - cute designs - older person that helps them alot - good comedy - feel good feeling  

Both are interesting horse racing series that focused on the comedy rather than seriousness.

It's a girl show, one with great enphasis of Ecchi the other less. But both female protagonists follow their dead mother's sport. One is Jet while the other is Running. 

Anime about cute horse girls and "horse" racing. 

Idolm@ster is an anime adaptation of a raising simulator game while Uma Musume is an anime that was meant to promote the upcoming raising simulator game of the same name. Both animes are about young girls trying to achieve their dreams, one through singing and dancing, and the other through racing (although they sing and dance too). Both have plenty of slice of life and funny moments, while also having more serious and dramatic scenes. Also, both animes have similar protagonists in Special Week and Silence Suzuka and in Haruka Amami and Chihaya Kisaragi respectively. Trainer-san and Producer-San also have pretty much the same role. 

Both series begin with a girl in a new school in which she signed up for the purpose of running races. In both series the girl finds friends with whom to form a team and at the same time, also friends with whom to compete. In both series the runners carry the dreams of others and their own. In addition to the argument, both series generate in the spectator the feeling of anxiety to win or lose a race and what that means for each character. 

Both these anime inspire me to try my best! 

The characters are really similar and both shows are so much fun to watch because of all the characters and the new worlds you get to explore !
