- Little to no plot
- Feel-good type show
- Mainly about characters' day-to-day life

Stories featuring women or girls without the gaze of desire framed upon them for a male audience.

Some examples are cottagecore, fairytales, cozy witch, coquette/lolita, girlypop, wonderland, shoujo/josei etc.

These are anime with girls who are obsessed with something unusual and probably are a little socially inept.

This isn't me diagnosing anyone with autism or Asperger's or anything. I just wanted to find characters with that obsessive and quirky personality. (Note: I decided to ignore girls obsessed with anime and/or yaoi. Those are quite common interests in anime.)
