I just added first seasons I suggest watch all season.

This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious).

Various quality anime with a classroom setting, that bends the usual everyday life with a bit of a twist, making the class more… unique. I mean, there’s just something off about it. And the characters are quite eccentric. Don’t you think so? Which unusual classroom shall we traverse to next?!?

Supernatural shows that have a bittersweet, often sadly melancholic nature and atmosphere. A very different level, from magical realism to almost open fantasy and horror, the main theme is the importance of suffering and sacrificing something important in order to achieve one's goal and save loved ones.

1. short binge-able shows.
2. gripping stories or entertaining through out the whole time.
3. short so won't take long to finish.

Anime where most main and/or supporting characters aren't the most mentally stable

Maybe they've been driven mad 'cause of trauma, or they're just plain psychotic, some are a little (a lot) eccentric, if you're searching for normal you're not gonna find it here

A collection themed around the spookiest time of year, but it's always Halloween in my soul...

While most of this list falls under the horror/suspense/mystery genres, there are a few included based on their heavy themes of zombies/ghosts/vampires, etc.

This list ranges from incredibly good to laughably bad, so I've ordered it by score so you have a better idea of what you're in for. Sequels are not included.

As a horror fan, these are the anime I recommend everyone to watch if they want to get into horror.

Watch All These and Their respective sequels and you should probably understand 90% of memes and references on social media platforms,understand popular anime references in other anime, and be able to hold your own in a groupchat on anime.

Anime characters with a delusional personality or people with multicolored eyes.

Anime that center around a series of deaths, assaults, or disappearances that are somehow connected. Possibly features: a serial killers, organized crime, supernatural elements, etc.

Episodic mysteries will be excluded if the string of crimes isn't a part of the overarching narrative.

Drama/Suspense

Anime in the genre of horror or paranormal that are set in the Japanese province and rural region. Such shows often have a characteristic "Shinto" paranormal atmosphere and a rich collection of Japanese horror tropes, so I thought this stack would be quite interesting for people who like authentic Japanese horror or paranormal anime.

When creating a stack, the following criteria were used:

* Provincial or directly rural setting.
* Characteristic Japanese paranormal or horror elements.
* Melancholy, philosophical and thoughtful storytelling style
* Melancholy, "esoteric" music.
* Strong use of Shinto elements and mentality
* Vibrant visual style of anime in general.
