| New arc started and this looks fabulous. Anya going out with her family and being the happy girl she is the highlight this episode imo. This arc also had them go on a cruise ship so it's a nice change of scenery. This is an example of anime bringing a character to life from the manga that is executed really well imo. Yor's character personality was also very amusing to see but this serves as a buildup episode. Excited for rest of the arc! |

| The term “Garden” might have seen its first use in the last episode, but to be honest to this day, we know very very little of them, except for the fact that Yor’s a part of it and that old manager of hers too. Though a call from the special client, brought Yor to a literal garden.. to the “Shopkeeper”, their leader. A bizarre looking person but fine lol. Liked how the mission this time around for Yor is to “protect”, and not to do her usual “cleaning”, moreover a family of a mother and her son, and they are from the underworld lol. It’s already hard enough to do a job out of her usual nature, and heck doing this while a horde of mafias will be after her life on a cruise is… one of a kind thing. Some coincidence has to happen and we somehow even had Anya and Loid winning the lottery for a cruise trip lol. You can count on Anya and her abilities in such cases;) By the way, the cruise ship is really fancy with the swimming pools and super large rooms, though bad luck for Anya and Loid, such tiny room been reserved for them lol. Anyways, Yor might be hitting off with the mother but you know something has to happen when things are peaceful. Some shady guy already knows smh. |

| A Yor arc this time huh? In her role as the Thorn Princess, Yor is assigned the duty of safeguarding the last remaining members of the Gretcher family, Olka and her son. She uses her position at city hall as a guise for her mission. Her objective is to ensure their safety and aid them in their journey to a foreign country, which they will embark upon via a cruise ship. With Yor questioning the necessity of her role as an assassin, I was concerned she might make a mistake. However, with Loid by her side, we have nothing to worry about. It was intentional on Loid's part to style Yor to resemble herself, as Yor already bears a resemblance to an older photograph of her. Now, Yor is dressed in her clothes and cradling her baby boy on board the ship. Everything appears normal on the ship - until the end of the episode, of course. Interestingly, after witnessing that man spying on Olka and Yor, just as he did with the other passengers, Anya's remark about the ship sinking doesn't seem far-fetched at all. |

| This look makes me think that the "Shopkeeper" doesn't like that Yor is getting attached to her family... 豪華 (gouka) - "extravagant; lavish; opulent; luxurious; magnificent; splendid; fancy; gorgeous" I love how the Anya's dark side is getting bigger and light side is getting smaller lol Things are about to get really serious. And I'm somewhat suspicious of Olka Gretcher/Shaty but I think she's fine... BTW the finale of Attack on Titan already started broadcasting in Japan some time ago so beware of spoilers! |

| Hmm an assassin group using a garden space as their main base huh poetic. Must be unusual having an assassin work protection. The contrast between Yuri's inner and outer thoughts though sure was fun. Given where she is in life right now those kind of doubts that Yor has is quite normal. In a way an assassin and a gangster live pretty similar lives. Gram and Shaty sure were pretty pleasant characters that proved to be of excellent help to Yor's worries. Though they should had been mindful of bugs. Overall a fun ep that acted well to set up the scene for the next arc to stand upon with its stage being no less than a cruise ship. This should be a fun arc. |

| "Excited, excited, [...] excited!", Anya took the words right out of my mouth. THE CRUISE SHIP ARC HAS BEGUN, WE'RE IN FOR A RIDE. Shopekeeper has that menacing look in his eyes, the caretaker and lead of both a personal garden and of the organization 'Garden'. Yuri with a short appearance, still adamant about not getting along with Loid and chasing after Yor when she departs lol. Anya got the number one prize with a rather odd face haha, sucks for that clerk and woman that they didn't get the cruise! YOR WITH THE SUIT THOUGH. Anya's expression and attitude to the suite was hilarious, her energy slowly dwindling as the door opened to a dark and small room. The start of the mission has commenced for Yor and the director. As Yor and Olka have a short moment, someone shady has already caught on to them... I don't have much to comment on, but nonetheless a fantastic start to the arc. Yor's best outfits also came from this episode. Have a nice Spy x Family Saturday :D |

| Damn I didn't realise the anime was this far in already. We are already in this arc. Yor gotta protect people this time instead of her usual killing. I hope she can protect the mother and child. She looked cute in the casual outfit btw. Anya was super excited for this too, that was adorable. I still remember reading these chapters when they came out and thinking if Loid and Yor will find out about their secret. The ending of this arc has one of my favourite moments in the entire manga so really looking forward to that. |

| Nice that an actual arc has started rather than the short stories that had been airing. Anya being so excited was cute and when she said that her and her father needed to check out the ship before it sank was funny. Regarding Yor, it looks like things will get heated as unfortunately there was a listening device attached to the chair she was relaxing with "Shaty" and her son. It will probably get stressful for Yor as she will have to contend with not only other assassins but keeping her identify secret from Loid. |

| The cruise ship arc has started and it's been pretty hyped up, and yeah, this was probably the best episode in quite a while for this series, as it feels like proper spy work and finally some more screen time for Yor that's more meaningful. Definitely looking forward to this. |

| Olka has a sad story, she seems sick of the double life and wants to move onto simpler things, which resonates with Yor a bit as well. Assassin or not, Yor definitely is still needed. As some eavesdropping is afoot and it's not looking good! |

| Yor or "Thorn Princess" got a new mission. Except this time she's supposed to be protecting lives instead of taking them. Nice change of pace tbh. I'd like for Yor to retire from being an assassin too but I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon. Mainly cos the show would lose part of its charm because of it. I'm glad this is going to be a multi-episode story. It got me hooked. Can't wait for the next episode. |

| cruise arc is probably one of my least favorite parts of spy x family so i'm not overly excited like i usually am with this series but there are still hidden gems in this arc that i'm looking forward to |

| A good start to a longer arc. Of course they managed to get Anya and Loid involved lmao. Not the smartest to talk about a "real name" in public when you are in hiding and ppl might be after you, but eh whatever it's a pretty solid reason for us to get some conflict. It was also the wife that first brought it up. I'm looking forward to it. |
| Wasn’t sure how everyone would end up on a cruise ship together but Anya sussing out a raffle and it being part of Yor’s current mission works lol, it’s off to a fun start too, especially with Anya’s reactions to all the ship has to offer, definitely shouldn’t be going around saying it’s gonna sink tho lol, unless it ends up happening for real. I also like Olka and her son so far, unfortunate that she had to change her face but it’s understandable giving the situation, however it’s also unfortunate that the enemy assassins are already picking up who she is based on the guy we saw listening in behind the scenes. The cruise ship itself also looks pretty awesome, love the old school look for the Lorelei, not sure if that’s a real ship or not but it’s definitely based on one at least. And lastly, Yor’s boss and his garden were interesting for sure, I wasn’t expecting him to go for the kill but I guess that’s how you would tell if someone still has the skills or not in this business lol. And it looks like the folks who don’t like the comedy and SoL focused content are happy now, hopefully it’s a good arc so they are satisfied lol. |
