Damn, that entire show lives and dies with its ending. That's an ouf and a half of a spoiler. Then again, probably didn't miss much. :))

As for Gintama, I guess that, as a One Piece simp, I can't really complain about too many episodes, eh?

What I can say for School Days is that, to this day, it gave me the character that has garnered the most intense kind of adult, preoccupying hate from me. I don't mean that I hate him as a character, like, say, Foxy from One Piece. I hate him as a person, which is a good thing, I suppose. He's still the gold standard I use for whether or not I hate a character today. Then again, I did watch it in high school. Idk if I would find him as compelling if I were to watch it for the first time today. I do remember the ending blew my teen brains to shit.

As for Gintama, I think I remember reading that it takes about 40 episodes to get to its first proper arc, right?
