I often rate based on enjoyment. I tend to give a series two or three points more when a work impressed me, a layman, on the merits of its storyboard, art/animation, soundtrack and direction. I welcome all sorts of recommendations. Just not gore-focused, I'm done with gore. Had seen too much of the Saw and Wrong Turn franchises (among others) during my pubescent teens, thank you very much.

Oh… Kabocha? Now that’s new for me. You should try pumpkin desserts if you ever stumble across one, you wont regret it.

Well, I live in a city were walking is almost impossible, because of the hot weather (50 centigrade on summer) and people aren’t used to walk, the city made us lazy , there aren’t any decent boardwalks to walk upon. Your living place looks very relaxing, I imagine myself happy at your place with a cup of coffee ( I love coffee a damn lot xD)
I believe running sport is getting very popular these days.. Ive done 3 half marathons (21 k) , I never expected would´ve imagine myself running that length like a year ago, but alas, here I am xd, I will participate in a marathon on march (if my injury is completely healed) . Woa both your sis are so cool, judo and wrestling?? Your sis is a fighter isn’t it? Im better now thanks, but Im pretty baka, I over did it training 10 k every day and in my race I did like 10 minutes less than I usually do, a lot of stress to my legs and I got a severe sprain …

Hahaha Im so amazed by your city seriously, first time I heard of it, those stairs though. Im sure you do a lot of glutes workout XD. Yes Mexico has really amazing scenarios, and quite green, its actually just my city the one that is more desertic than the others <3 hope one day you do come and visit!!! Plus we are very welcoming of tourists <3

-KOT: SAME, Koshuu is my favorite, Yui is growing to me a bit more on the anime than in the manga, but he has yet to make an impression, same with Tetsu´s brother. Are you liking the adaptation so far?

-Vinland Saga: Ive read that…. That it has lost its charm…. Well Ive read mixed reviews among the fans, I will have to read it myself and get my own conclusion. Happened with AoT, I read a lot of people complaining after the attic revelations arc, so I was hesitant, I read it and lol I kinda REALLY liked it…. Im more into the talking and drama than battles XD so I have a feeling same will happened to VS.

YES you described Askeladd (Aschelatto) perfectly. That’s why he is my favorite XD THORSSSSSSSSSSS (have you seen Game of Thrones? He reminds me of a character there) Im sure I will miss him throughout the series, he made quite an impression in the few episodes (he freaking died standing!!! WHO DOES THAT?!)

I googled every single place you mentioned, wow they look really gorgeous, Nusa Penida Island looks like quite the island, almost like in a movie lol. Im not a relgious person but whenever Im on a trip I love going to churches and temples so I understand.
Did you read about its history prior to the trip? Or you were informing yourself throughout the trip?

Oh I see, did you prefer staying in hotel sor with families? I think I would´ve prefer families so I could know more about the culture. Hahaha perhaps you ARE picky? XD nah I think its pretty normal isnt it? Another country, different flavors, different type of meat. I do LOVE spicy food, that peanut salad you mentioned sounds delicious. Did you by any chance lose weight? Because from what you say it seems you limit yourself a lo while eating o_o hope you never fell sick because of lil starvation.

All desserts sound DELICIOUS to say the least. Im not familiar with pandan flavor, it doesnt exist here in Mexico, but damn I googled (God bless Google) and i looks really TASTY. I do love coconut so I feel you there!
Its funny how you say you cant keep up 3 min of conversation irl but are so talkative here, thats kinda cute , lol, but I believe most of us are (although I do talk a lot irl as well, shame on me )
How long was your visit? You did mention you lost a year but did you spend all that year traveling?

Turning point huh? Cant wait t osee more. YAS LoGH is as your cousin mentioned ¨unputdownable¨(lmao perfect term), seriously once you understand the atmosphere and star getting attached to the characters, you cant put it down (let me tell ou it did took me 26 eps to get to that point) but I regret nothing!!!!!! Im enjoying everything, even the oldish animation that actually is pretty Good and suits the story so much.

I doubt it Will go away soon. I do prefer it than other long typical shounens.

Kono Oto Tomare: I finally finished S1, I remember you have this manga in high regard, honestly the anime felt pretty generic?? Idk, I was excited at first, but all the drama and injury cliche felt ah????? Just too average… I expected a lot more of the adaptation, because IM SURE, is more because of adaptation problems rather than the story itself. Im being harsh but I enjoyed overall, perhaps I expected so much. Im on S2 now , romance is hitting the fan! My point here is, as a manga reader, what are your thoughts of the adaptation? Is manga much better? e

And fun fact, I started Shaman King like a month ago, and I was looking for Asakura Yoh´s fan arts, because he is my favorite ch there, so far, and then I came across one picture I immediately recognized as being one of your profile picture a while back!!!! LOL (I had no idea it was Yoh because he looked so different)

PS. THANKS, he is!!!! my second favorite character, #1 is of course, Senkuu, I tots fell in love with the pic when I discovered it, and it matched the purple of my profile :P How are you liking Dr. Stone so far?
