Somewhat similar plots, and Post Apocalyptic genre. These animes tell the stories of a group of girls trying to survive everyday in adverse conditions. The bond between the girls is what gives them the strength to continue to survive and to look forward for the next day.

...then you might like Ao Haru Ride add

Love triangles, Childhood sweethearts, drama and happiness... If that was what you liked about this manga, well that would be what you will find on the other one. Both will tell the story of a girl who once a again will meet with her childhood sweetheart for whom she still has some feelings. Also, if you liked how the main couple overcame their struggles, well, in both mangas the couple had pretty much the same problems and they dealt with them in a similar way.

If you liked Seitokai Yakuindomo add

...then you might like Katte ni Kaizou add

These two animes are comedies, and most of their jokes are quite perverted. Of the two, Katte ni Kaizou is bit darker than Setokai Yakuindomo. Both are about the everyday lives of a group of high school kids, who are not normal at all.

If you liked Deadman Wonderland add

...then you might like Fukashigi Philia add

These two mangas share a kind of dark and tragic story, and the characters have some kind of special power they used to fight. The main character in both mangas has lost his memories of somebody very close to him in his childhood, and has a fateful encounter with her after quite some time. Ending is quite happy on both mangas despite all the events were pointing to a very sad one.

The girls in both animes are not human, but are crazy in love with a normal Human boy. The girls would do any kind of crazy act to get their attention, but are often a bit unsuccessful. Boys are a bit tsundere towards the girls, eventually showing their affection. While Haiyore Nyarko san is a bit more comical, Machine Doll has a more serious tone mixed with very funny misunderstandings.

In these animes, the lead guy is often being force by the lead girl to follow her in her adventures. The lead girls have a very lively and mischievous personality, while the guys have a more passive and introvert personality. Both animes deal with some kind of supernatural phenomena, and the main characters try to solve those.

In these two anime, multiple girls fall in love with the same guy, and because of similar circumstances, the lead guy starts a relationship with a girl other than his crush from high school. Also, these are love comedies, where the main guy gets into funny situations with the female characters.

If you liked Tonagura! add

...then you might like Mikakunin de Shinkoukei add

Both are love comedies. The setting is a bit similar, however characters personalities are a bit opposite. In both animes the guy moves in to the girl's house with his little sister. In tonagura, they were neighbors, but technically it was the same since they have to eat and spend most of the time on the girl's house. In both animes the main girl has an inferiority complex with her older sister. In both, the main girl's Older sister teases the guy's little sister, who is afraid of her as result.

...then you might like Kimi no Iru Machi add

The setting is a bit similar, since the girl goes to live to the town where the guy lives, and falls in love. The guy helps the girl with her problems. The girl goes back to Tokyo, they get separated, then again are reunited.......... In Summary, pretty much the same, but Sand chronicles is much more dramatic.
