Basically there are 5 manga series, 3 of which already ended.

If you have familiarity with the Imperishable Night game, you should proceed and read Silent Sinner in Blue , then Curious in Lunatic Runagate (Light novel) and maybe Inaba of the Earth and Inaba of the Moon afterwards. Together they form a more cohesive narrative thing the Imperishable Night crew together.

The other one is the Sangetsusei series, ie Eastern and Little then Strange and Bright and finally Oriental Sacred Placd. They are pretty much Slice of Life stuff with Sunny Milk, Luna Child and Star Sapphire and don't really connect to any of the arcs in he series, you can read them at your own leisure.

Wild and Horned Hermit and Forbidden Scrollery are currently ongoing and they occasionally have interconnecting plots. WaHH is a Slice of Life with Ibaraki Kasen and Forbidden Scrollery is a mystery 2-parter. Id suggest you to read WaHH first then Forbidden Scrollery.
