Ooh that sounds fun. I do need to make time for older anime that I missed sometime too. Like, Dirty pair I’ve heard a lot of good about.

And yes I love the Freiren manga and anime, holy crap…Madhouse is doing a stellar job!

And nah, I don't think it will be canceled, just super delayed. A similar thing happened with Isekai Ojisan unfortunately, (and I still need to finish that as well).

I have heard of City Hunter but never watched. Is it serious or fun 80s?

Well improvement is better than nothing so good job!

But yeah I’m almost bummed about Zom 100. I think it will be a Nier Automata situation in which we will get the last episodes all at once at the end of a season.

Yeah I'm on a Mac which further complicates things unfortunately. I have Steam but only certain things can run and I haven't downloaded parallels yet to run windows. I think they were on the App Store though for the iPad but wouldn't be able to patch that of course.

But yeah the fate visual novels took awhile to build up as well so no worries on the slice of life stuff. Doesn't bother me. :)

Ah that totally makes sense. So when I go back to watching the second season I will feel more satisfied than what I have seen so far, which is cool. Is the visual novel worth playing after watching the anime you think?

Oh thank you so much for the explanation! No worries on being long and it made sense. I love comedy and I don't mind things taking time to build up. I'm a big slice of life fan so that's just part of the course lol. But yeah it sounds like what you said, you have to stick with it for it to ultimately pay off, and when it does its the best.

Ah okay. So I was under the impression that Gintama is episodic and has a lot of comedy. Is that not the case?

I'm super glad you liked Zom 100 too! I loved the colorization of the bleak office scenes that were black and white and then the zombies had all of the colors showing more life, (even though they are undead hehe.

And yeah watching Kenshin last week made me feel super nostalgic! I still get the first opening song from the 90s stuck in my head to this day lol.

Yes I hope he reflected on his actions for sure. I have still not watched Gintama, sadly enough. I know it's one of the most funny anime ever from what everyone says, Just haven't had the chance to start it yet.

And yup, watching a bunch of anime haha. My favorite premiere so far though was definitely Zombie 100. Holy cow that was an amazing first episode!

Oh no worries about the multiple comments! I'll just respond to this one to make it easier. And yeah it had a little of the comedy but none of Kenshin's chibi faces yet. I think it will be a faithful adaptation too but I understand being conflicted because of that. The original Samurai X OVas are probably my favorite of the series, but it is hard to separate the work from the author, too.
