well that's really weird. The art style does look weird indeed, but the animation was actually top notch. It's the perfect type of show for you actually :P.

for the fate series, I think you'd best start off with the visual novel. It's pretty lengthy and has a lot of reading, but it's really enjoyable and full of action and such so it shouldn't be much of a bore. start with the first route called "fate" and after you're done, go watch the new on-going fate/stay night unlimited blade works. After that if you can't wait for the next route, then go play the heaven's feel route on the visual novel, otherwise just wait for the heaven's feel movies. Like you can look up what to do or whatever, but whatever you do, Just DO NOT WATCH FATE/ZERO UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN ALL THREE DIFFERENT FATE/STAY NIGHT ROUTES. just trust me on this as someone who has had his experience with the fate series semi-ruined. :P

Well i've got a few in mind, but i've noticed that you haven't yet added season 2 of oregairu so i'm not sure if you haven't seen these: Steins;gate, fate/zero, code geass?(did you see the 2nd season? it doesn't say you did), durarara!!, future diary(mirai nikki), monogatari series, psycho-pass, toaru series, zetsuen no tempest.
(yeah it's a pretty long list, but i've got loads more to recommend as well. for now these are good enough :P)

really? well are you not sure on what to watch lately or you just don't feel like watching? if it's the former I can help you find good shows to watch, i'll recommend you a ton :)

okay. i've kept mine the same for a while, so i never really think about changing it. my anime and manga list also have characters from the same show, which is more of a reason to keep it this way.

oh yeah, that does look nice.
