i have to read lots of scientific publications to keep me posted on any developments on my field of expertise. Also, I have to write some material for others to be informed about those scientific breakthroughs (colleagues and general public). Attend and speak on medical and scientific events of interest. Answer clients questions of a more scientific nature that normal customer management people can't answer. Coordinate investigation projects and resulting patents. Participate in developing new products within the company's strategic plan of action...uhmm...i think this is basically it ^^ i just started though, so maybe i'm missing a few!
