Your manga compatibility with Kayrhandros is:

Note: Just a friendly notice, since it's been going out of hand lately...
I won't be accepting any friend requests out of the blue. If you wanna add me as a friend here on MAL you're better off starting a conversation with me, instead of "flagging" me out of nowhere. Once we talk a few times we'll probably end up exchanging friend requests naturally.

So, a bit about me... I'm not really good at this but here goes...
I'm a Portuguese university student, who loves anime and manga... go figure. The Anime passion came about 2 years go (although I had been watching anime since childhood, unaware of the fact) when I accidentally watched a couple of episodes from One Piece. After searching the net I ended up finding it's origin, Japan, and I quickly became interested in anime, and later on, in manga as well. My list of read/watched shows has been growing ever since (although I'm kinda on a "slow moment" atm), fortunately finding MAL enabled me to keep track of them easily. And I ending up discovering the great community that resides here on the site.
Even though lazy is definitely my middle name, if I can get pass it, I'm generally great at what I do. Motivation is the key, but I often don't remember where I left it. I'm quite critic about things I do, watch/read etc. And as so I end up being quite the harsh rater.
I'm a pretty calm person normally ( "peace and love" =P) and I like to discuss my opinions about anything and everything. It's not a pretty sight when I lose my temper but that hardly ever happens, unless you know "what buttons to press".
I'm also fond of graphic design (you can tell by my profile =P). I'm capable of spending hours in Photoshop just messing around. Not very healthy...
I love music probably even more than I love anime/manga. Can't spend a day without it. I don't have a really broad musical taste though... generally I'll hear Rock and derivatives, some Metal, J-Rock, J-Pop, Instrumental music and Choral pieces. And I normally "fish" other music that catches my hear, from any other genre.

Just wanted to let you know that I finally started watching Terra e, because of your glowing recommendation. All I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. The series has a 9 from me right now, but if the quality keeps up, and the story comes to a conclusion (be it happy or sad... I just want a conclusion), then it will probably wind up with a 10. Thanks again. ::huggles::

Hey amigo. Just thought I'd follow up on our conversation - I finally watched the first episode of Himitsu (along with most of the other spring series) and I have to say I wasn't impressed. The premise seems like it could be interesting, sure, but they just lightly touched on a few of the more interesting points. Most of the episode just seemed like it was setting up for a yaoi series or something. I also caught the first episode of Over Drive, which I'm pretty sure I'm going to enjoy.
Hope everything's well on your end.

D.gray-man, actually. I liked the anime alright, but I wasn't particularly impressed until I caught up to where it's airing now. It's about on par with Bleach, I guess - nothing too far out of the norm but it has its good points and the fillers drag it down - so I figured I'd start reading the manga. I also read up on FMA and finished Trigun, both of which are better than their anime counterparts. Those last two are pretty noteworthy though - it's odd to see anime-only plots deviating so far from the manga without turning to crap.
Haven't found that dish yet, but I've only been by one of the Japanese restaurants here in town so far.
BSG is on its fourth season, not including that 2-part miniseries that kicked it off or the made-for-TV movie they aired between seasons 3 and 4. I won't say much about the plot, but they build a hell of a lot of character development into those 4 seasons, and some very interesting themes as well. I'm glad they've decided to make this season the last one - that way it gets a proper, well-thought-out ending instead of running until it loses popularity and getting stuck ending without any closure. Rome isn't quite as deep or intense, but it comes closer than most any other show I've seen.
Gantz was pretty disappointing, I thought. The pacing is bad in the first half, and they ruin the main character at the end. I wasn't really a fan, but I've heard the manga is better. Geass is definitely getting better too - I liked the first episode well enough, but it did fall short of what I was hoping for. I'm glad they wrapped up most of the loose ends in the second one, but I'm rather disappointed about everyone losing their memories, especially Shirley. I was really looking forward to seeing where they'd go with her character.
I'm pretty unhappy with Nabari too. I mean, it's a good show by all means, but you're right - they just haven't done a good job at all with Rokujo, and he's the best part of the manga. As for Kure-nai, it wasn't at all what I was expecting. I haven't watched past the first episode though so I'm still not sure what exactly it's all about. Seems promising though. Haven't watched Himitsu yet, by the way, but I'll check it out for you =P I've had it downloaded for a while now.
I've been downloading a bunch more manga over the weekend. Mostly things I picked up from your list/recommendations. If I find anything promising that you haven't read, I'll let you know. I'm really in the mood for another long shounen series after reading D.gray-man, FMA and Trigun, but I haven't found anything that fits the bill quite yet.
Oh! I don't guess you've been keeping up with One Piece lately, but the anime is getting well into the Thriller Bark arc and it's great stuff. I won't say more than that, but you really ought to catch up when you can. It was even worth watching the rather crappy INP subs just to avoid waiting - Vegapunk has been painfully slow lately due to some technical problems.

Oooh...Eternal Sabbath. <3 Personally, I think it's a really great manga - story is great, art is wonderful, satisfying ending. It's set in more modern times than Eden, but it's plenty psychological and there's a bit of action, too. I've heard it described as Death Note without all the teenage angst and I think that's pretty accurate. :)
I'm a huge fan of Fuyumi Souryo, I think she writes good stuff, even when it's just fluffy romance. There is a little bit of romance in ES, but it's not cheesy high school stuff.
It's hard for me to be objective because I love it so much, but you should definitely check it out! :D
