Yes, exactly. I administer stuff like customer backups, help people when there is trouble with their computers or printers or other stuff and help build up the new infrastructure
We should switch to such a system as well, but it's not possible when we mostly have smaller customers. I would be already glad if we could have a ticket system for all our customers

I'm working as a computer/networking engineer and plan and maintain IT infrastructure of our customers. Phone calls are annoyingly a greater part of my job

I probably can't handle tedious atm. I barely can handle waking up each day.
That's not my thought process. I most the time think "is this right?" and "is this justifiable or excusable?" and "how can I be better?" but also of course applied to other people. I know I have personal bias but my view is more outside observer on the world in a way at times.
Keep in mind I am far from formal when it comes to philosophical thought so I probably unlikely fit textbook philosophy methods

Soul vs Illmac is a classic, I really hope the UK battle scene gets back together after DF flopped. I had Illmac winning it 2-1 that and Geechi vs Rum are some of my favorites in a while, and Iron 3-0ing T-Top was also fun :P
