It all depends on how you write it. It can be a spoiler or no if you're able to avoid some points. You can mention what you liked but you never say what exactly happened and how the relation changed/progressed. Keep it very superficial. People won't remember it as a spoiler if it doesn't attract too much attention.
First of all my reviews are pretty bad actually =)) So, I'm more of a critic than reviewer.
The point is that there are tricks in order to go around something. You basically tell it, but at the same time you don't.
For example, let me develop the part where you talk about characters:
"The characters are also phenomenal. The truth behind the personalities of many of them remain hidden for much of the series as well as their true intentions for their pursuit of the grail. All of the characters will draw you into them and whether you hate them or not you will enjoy every moment of the presence. For example, the character Caster created extreme feelings of hatred and contempt for him for the entirety of the series to the point of when he would appear I would feel sick like the others characters. Characters such as Kiritsugu surprise me at every turn and no matter how much you believe you get him and know his limits, he will surprise you at every turn. The pairings of the characters provide the perfect foils and make them even stronger as people. From the wimpy Waiver Velvet and Rider to Kiritsugu and Saber, the differences in their goals and personalities only make the show all the better."
Into something like this:
"Personally, I found the characters to be pretty amazing. They're really well developed, as careful attention is given practically to everybody. Therefore, we gain a large spectrum of ideals, goals and obviosuly methods to achieve this goal, different relationships and interractions between characters as they progress throughout the story. To prove my point, I'll make a small comparison between some characters. First of all, Kiritsugu is the type of character to carefully plan ahead every action and sometimes pull off amazing things. He's truly mature and doesn't feel any hesitation in critical situations. On the other hand we can find characters like Caster and Ryuunosuke, that put emotion in every action of theirs. They have no moral restrictions and act solely on impulse. As a third opposite I can bring Waver, that looks like a typical whimp, but still desires to risk his life for his goal.
This is what makes the cast so unique, besides their each separate personalities -- diversity. It is hard to find a truly main character and you can get attached to any of them, which is a really strong point of this show."
-I removed this part because it was pretty useless and biased, but in a review we should reduce the emotion factor if possible.
-Obviously I would actually add up a lot more in this part, but I want you to make a comparison about the different ways to say the same thing.
Well you could have asked for that before labeling me as an asshole, right?)
But the point is that the thread says it all. Basically I'm saying that your review is bad and you need to improve. There are good points that could help you improve (especially the 2nd post).
Basically you need to focus on the questions "Why?", which you kinda didn't. Reviews are not opinions, but a constructive analyze of a show taken from a critic viewpoint.
Therefore, you express your opinion on a topic then follow up with a long explanation why is that you think so.
It is your problem if you want to perceive me as an asshole. Also, it doesn't even matter if I am one as I'm pretty open for talk so you could have learned a thing or two from me. Bye.
