The Kimagure Orange Road movie and Porphy's Long Journey are masterpieces.

Creator of Fancy Lala and director of Saraiya Goyou. In other words, this guy is good. I'm not a fan of the first story of Twilight Q, though.

Looks like I'm going to see more of this guy's work when I watch stuff like Zettai Shounen, Ocean Waves, Futatsu no Spica and maybe some of his other stuff as well. I'm interested to see what those are like. Probably slow-paced, as that seems to be how he likes to direct.

Seems like one of those awesome people you never hear of-Porfy, Zettai Shounen, Shinigami no Ballad, Princess Nine, Ocean Waves, Here is Greenwood, Ai Monogatari, and several other flawed but unique works.
