Critics & Connoisseurs was a club that was founded in 2008 and ended club activities on the 31st of 2022.

The goal of the club was to come up with a list of highly recommended quality shows and manga that are exemplary either within its genre or universally. A manga needed a 70% approval rate in our voting to get on the relation list. The following manga are all part of said list.
Do note that our club's main focus always was anime, our club's readership was relatively low which results in a lot of manga not being able to reach enough votes to get on the relation list despite having a 70% or higher approval rate.

A list of Seinen manga I think are great and can recommend. Mostly drama/psychological but has a little bit of other stuff. Will update throughout the future

A list of manga with the most realistic artwork I can think of. Some titles have their own style added into the manga, this is totally fine - so cartoonish features and anatomically incorrect proportions are fine - so long as backgrounds or character art is high quality and reminiscent of realistic imagery/CGI then its eligible for this list.

sport manga that focus on something more than the sport itself and dives more into characters psych

The joke here is communication about these is kinda weird unless specified that the response itself is the title.
"What's your fav manga?"

Or if someone tuning in to a conversation between weebs would be extremely confused about it either by controversy or u sounding illiterate af:

The Masked Man is an American YouTuber who makes videos primarily about manga, but also anime, and very occasionally video games. He does in-depth analysis on the subjects he talks about. Here is his top 50 manga.

I'm disabled, so I read a lot of content looking for representation. A common problem with this content is that it is not handled well and/or is actually ableist. I wanted to make a list of disability representation, or stories with disabled characters in general, that are safe for anyone else looking for representation or perhaps hoping to learn more about disabilities.

Seinen manga is targeted to males, has action, philosophy, psychological elements, maybe some realistic romance.
That’s the common theme for this list. I will not include the popular shonen Naruto here, but will include Hunter x Hunter. That’s because HxH is dark and has deep philosophical themes. So that’s it!
