Synopsis:
After being relentlessly bullied the MC decides to isolate himself in his bedroom where he dies after five long years. He is reborn into a world of swords and sorcery as the first prince with only one wish "To live a peaceful life" But since he had such a terrible life in Japan God granted him a cheat skill (Level = 1002, with no attribute). Unfortunately, the measuring devices of his new world could only read two digits (i.e. 02/02), thus his magic appeared to be weak. The King and Queen decide that they will announce to the kingdom that their baby is stillborn and ... have the guards toss the baby in the nearby woods.

The MC (Haruto) obtains a Fenrir (Fley) as a familiar and is rescued by a relative (Margave Gordo) from the forest. There are a few time skips in the manga but they don't detract from the main plot of the story. After nine years we find that he has a younger sister (Charlotte) and a mother (Natalie). Even though Haruto says he wants to live a peaceful life we find that he often takes on various adversaries to save various members of his family or because he can't say no to Charlotte (believes that he is a hero of justice).

Originality: 9
The idea of an overpowered isakei isn't original not even being reborn into a royal family and then being discarded is a new concept. The unique twist that this author has presented us with is that the protagonist truly believes that he is weak but still doesn't want to disappoint his younger sister.

Plot: 8
The plot of the manga is constructed with a clear, concise, and compelling storyline that has a recognizable main arc with a convincing conflict and crisis. Throughout the storyline, there are several obstacles for the protagonist to overcome, such as the several mini-arcs (i.e. stopping the real mother, finding an attendant for Haruto to attend school, stopping a senior at school...) all with their conflicts, crises, and resolutions.

Theme: 8
The central theme is peace is a state of mind. Throughout the story, the theme is made clear as Haruto deals with one conflict after another. The storyline is agenda-driven, meaning that Haruto takes on some unwanted conflicts to ensure the safety of his family and keep his peace and happiness.

Character Development: 9
The main and sub-main characters are memorable with unique and complex personalities. As an example; Haruto is an otaku who was reincarnated and wants to live a peaceful life, he is the first prince who was discarded and finds he has two siblings, he is the Hero of Justice (Shiva) who takes on conflict to save his peaceful lifestyle, and he is thought to be the Demon Lord by the residence of Pandamonium. As a result of the complex nature of the characters, the reader typically has positive emotions for the MC. Throughout the manga, the dialogue contributes to the rich and vivid world created.

Art, Setting, and Atmosphere: 9
The art style of "Am I Actually the Strongest?" was done in the Shoujo style, with the characters being drawn with slender bodies, delicate facial features, and big, expressive eyes. The manga does have some anachronisms. More specifically, the use of the internet. Haruto connects the world that he is in with the internet from Earth through his Barrier magic so that he and Charlotte can watch anime.

Mechanics: 8
I do not speak Japanese but in the translated version that I read, it was very easy to follow and understand what was happening with little to no spelling, grammatical, and punctuation errors. However, the errors that were present did not distract from the enjoyment of the manga and it was easy to understand what was meant.

Passion: 9
The author is very adept at making you care about what ultimately becomes of the protagonist throughout the manga. The plot and theme of the manga are interesting in that the protagonist is reincarnated in another world with his memories intact. However, he was given a high level of magic without an attribute. This type of magic has been described as being ancient magic and is typically more powerful than what is commonly in practice.

This is terrible. It's basically just nonsense scribbled on a page. It has every trope that has ever existed in the genre, but the author tries to cover it up by disguising it as "parody" which is incredibly lazy and pathetic. There is absolutely no substance here other than MC is a god, and he needs to show off his power every chapter. I actually enjoy the isekai genre, but this beyond anything I could stomach. I've read around 30 isekai this year and this is definitely the worst. The Artwork is horrific. The panels don't even have backgrounds? I didn't even know low quality ... manga like this existed.
