| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wheelchair girl is better now, it seems. Seems like the girl and Kotonashi in a good term, but Kotonashi sometimes out of place. The girl got into the important position of basketball team, and had camp. Senpai got teased just because she confessed to a boy (giving love letter to him), who got picked on by his classmates. She laughs about her being teased. Kotonashi's drawing of the girl crying... Showing of the girl with many underlings twice. The counselor is suspicious, which affected the senpai. |

| So Mato is dreaming about the Other World? Interesting... It looks like they used the OVA designs (that weren't shown in the OVA) for BGS's abode. At points, the animation for the characters looked pretty decent XD More evidence pointing out that Saya (the counselor) IS BGS  But damn! Did she drug Kohata?  The end of the episode, though...I'm starting to wonder if the Other World actually DOES exist... |

| ^ Nope, she did drink her tea. I don't know if she drank enough to pass out, though... I'm guessing it's because she wouldn't go with her; kinda "if you're not with me, you're against me", making her an enemy she had to destroy. |

| By guessing saya is BGS , i think those underlings are the ones that decieved by saya. Brs tries to stop it (by killing them) and the loss makes saya cry. So what is the purpose of BGS and saya? spread sadness and suffering?? Need more scenes with burning eye and kagari so cute:D |

| There wasn't any action in this episode but I liked it because it relieved me of my bigest fear regarding this show and that is that the whole BRS world is just a metaphor for the girls inner struggle. So it seams that councellor Saya is Black Gold Saw and she's making new character in BRS world by doing something to the troubled students that come to her if I understood the episode right. |

The show feels like it is on the edge of being psychological It's kind of like psychological but not really psychological Well, Kohata-senpei just died from unknown reason... Not sure why BRS would want to kill her (Maybe she's not dead, who knows) =P |

THEN SHE DROPS "DEAD" IN THE REAL WORLD?! FUUUUUH |

| Interesting episode,Saya its crazy!! Its look that Kagari is fine for now even walking again thats nice as i like her...even that she is a crazy yangire. Cruel thing they did to Kohata but thats how kids are...then crazy Saya went and finish the job. Without doubt Saya is BGS and also it looks that the alternate world has huge connection with the real world,i dont think Koha is dead...hopefully she is not dead maybe only enter in a coma for now. | A lack of fighting scenes makes me sad. Despite this, the shadow world was done far better as it actually was used as a means of foreshadowing what would occur in the real one. In order words, it wasn't in the episode for absolutely no reason, unlike the last two episodes. The "drama" is still to simplistic and too generic though. I did like the creepy atmosphere of the teacher though. So I'm torn on this episode. On a side note, the OP is growing on me. |

| imo the BRS world is still pretty open to interpretation as far as connection to the real world goes. in the original OVA, BRS world was explained as a dimension that your real body was sent to when your emotions reached a certain threshold. in the aforementioned OVA, this was illustrated as both Yomi's jealousy and Mato's anguish led to individual encounters with their corresponding character and disappearance afterwards. there's obviously a connection between BRS world and real world in this anime. the results of Black Rock Shooter's actions affect the real world characters, as seen with BRS!Kohata to real!Kohata in this episode, or Chariot -> Kagari in Ep.2. what my question is, is if the real world holds more influence over the BRS world, or vice versa. |

| It's a little silly... i was "looking" for the name of this anime.. I just never imagined it was going to be black shooter.. I can't recall where but when i saw a video (or picture) looked sweet and really wanted to try it out... So i will be doing that... Thought I'd share cause this anime looks sweet >< |

| Saya is psycho, Kohata has headaches, Yomi can't live without Mato, but Mato doesn't really care about her and goes to Yuu, like she wanted only has her for herself and nothing else. Oh, and Kagari will join to their school in next episode, right? With each next episode of this series, BRS is getting stranger. Oh my... I thought that only Kagari is that crazy girl! Did BGS make this Other World? |

| I knew it, Mamiko Noto is the ringleader ;) Finally things started moving in the right direction. There were some very nice developments and it was by far the best ep of the series (OVA included of course). |

I feel sorry for her, why did those kids have to humiliate her? :( Kagari seems less insane now and she can walk. She's cute but creepy at the same time. Yomi is getting jealous of Yuu! I guess this is where to OVA comes in a little. |

| Kohata is probably just passed out or asleep like Kagari was after BRS took off the head of Chariot. My theory is it sort of resets the human by severing their anxieties from them, at least temporarily. Then the human can recover without undue influence from Saya. Saya is obviously BGS. You can tell by the way they have odd eyes, the colour identifying their counterpart. |

| ^ I think it's growing on a lot of people; especially since the plot has been - somewhat - revealed. Jacut said: I knew it, Mamiko Noto is the ringleader ;) It was obvious even before the anime aired XD Well, to me at least; Saya was the only main character that somewhat resembled BSG, and Noto is great at voicing manipulative characters because she sounds so "motherly", "nice", "sweet", etc. |

| This episode wasn't so good like the 2nd, but I still liked it. It seems that the OVA is repeating itself somehow, with Takashi's jealously and so. But this only means that her feelings for Mato will get stronger further into the anime, so it's quite good. As for BGS, it's possible that Saya is her, but from what I've seen so far, the "other world" versions of the girls always have the same hairstyle, with the hair only being a bit bigger/more stylish. Saya's hair does not look like BGS's one, not at all... Btw, is anyone else annoyed that there isn't a separated character page for BRS and Kuroi Mato? I'd like to add Black Rock Shooter to my favs, but Kuroi Mato isn't that great so far... If Black Golden Saw has a personal page for her, why not one for the BRS? |

| and everyone cries.... and more fountains of tears everywhere! cheap drama at it's finest ok main problem with this show is real world and beings within (other one is nice) I can understand why glasses girl can act how she acts but Mato? she switches from one mood to another, than back and some tears - example: scene with letter, I found it quite good but what happens next? tear-fest, like why? but still better than previous two episodes Give me back my Thermae Romae!! |
