I loved that Lulu got to talk with Euphie. At the beginning of the episode, I was yelling for them all to just get together, reveal their identities and talk. (Lulu, Euphie, Kallen & Suzaku) I just loved the pairings and how well they ate. LOL

Go Lelouch! ^.^

It was a strange episode after all, like they trapped in an island with Geas' power.

Lots of talking, we didnt see a action.

And the escape plan was really, bad. Just jump in a Knightmare, find it unlocked and blah blah blah

Enjoyable episode- fanservice aside!

I liked the symbolism of Lelouch saying his trap is "perfect in theory" and nevertheless failing to actually get it done.

Most definitely.
Can't believe Karen tried to kill Suzaku again. I really thought she had given up on that, after hearing that mission speech from Zero, but there she goes again. Can't really figure her out. One moment I'm thinking she's blindly following Zero, and the other something just isn't right. Perhaps I'm blowing this out of proportion, but why did she do it? Is there something we're not aware of yet? Diethard said something else to her? o.O' Bothers me.
Oh yeah, and Lloyd's voice actor is the best thing I've heard in quite a while. :D Awesome, haha.

Hmph I wonder why Lelouch didn't erase Euphie's memories? Anywho seriously why'd they make Euphie naked for no reason IN Lelouch's clothes at least make it because she's showering. -_- It'd be cool of Kallen and Suzaku ended up together. xD It was also funny when he failed making the trap. ^w^

I'm a little disappointed only one real question concerning the mysteries of this and the last episode has been posed. I was hoping someone would be able to answer some of these with some substantial insights. Like:

1) What was the point of them being sent to that first island to meet the diplomats/royalty?

2) Why was Schneizel there? Especially considering he was obviously already on his way to the ruins on the OTHER island

3) Who is the girl CC keeps talking to? It must be the same girl that teleported them and activated the part of the island to collapse right?

4) Why did Schneizel send the order for Suzaku to keep Zero there at the cost of his own life?

5) Why did he then block the very missiles he supposedly ordered fired?

6) Why did he THEN attack with the Gawain from the Avalon?

This is my second time watching the series and like my 4th time watching these eps and I still just can't figure out what exactly happened here.

No I agree his voice is pretty epic. I think that Karen may be in love with Zero that`s why she keeps trying to kill Suzaku, just speculation tho.

I didn't like this one... so much plot progression lazily crammed in with none of the grace or subtlety of the previous episodes... Kept hoping one of the characters would wake up and it'd all be a dream... Nude Kallen was good though :D

I guess he wasn't to worried about what they could do with it since it wasn't finished...

Ok, so Lelouch wanted to make sure Suzaku lived which would imply not to keep him there but how the hell did they end up in the island? That made no sense.

However, it was a nice episode. I especially loved listening to Suzaku and Kallen's argument about their goals and their beliefs. There was also some nice action though not much but that wasn't the main focus of the episode anyway.

I also loved the analogy concerning the trap. "In theory this system works perfectly." That also applies to Lelouch's strategies. Yet, just like he wasn't able to mount the trap, there are many variables that interfere with a perfect battle plan...

Furthermore, Euphemia is not just an extremely naive girl who does nothing at all but is actually intelligent. She was the only one to guess who Zero was. I like her.

Besides not being able to figure out how they ended up in that island, I have some other questions:
-What's the "Thought Elevator"?
-Why was that symbol of the geass there and why it reacted to Lelouch?
