That misunderstanding was funny. I'm going to miss Pork Bowl. It must be hard to eat your former 'pet'.

I'm really liking Yoshino more than I remember in the manga.
Aye she is very cute without the whole forced moe-stuff most animegirls tend to have.
Yeah, this a big part of why she's always been one of my favorite characters in this series in spite of her low amount of screen time.

But I also really like her personality, even I do feel sorry for that teacher from time to time ;)

Anyway, im surprised with how cheap is a kg of pork meat. Almost half of how much it cost where I live.
I think he may have been getting the wholesale price rather than the retail price, which would make it significantly cheaper.

Almost teared up this time. Perfect conclusion to the Pork Bowl story, and means a lot more than just shown. I'll be sad to see it end next week.
Check out my eurobeat guide. Who knows, you might find yourself a new favourite genre!

Interestingly TWO anime this season sends the same message, and it is a message you don't often hear in anime.

Or anywhere, not surprised it appearing in animation since the Japanese really truly love their food.

Though I would say that the context of the other animation is SLIGHTLY different :-)

Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances.
He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter.
Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga.
Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month.
Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel.
The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck.

Lol at Tokiwa for misunderstanding.

This was such a sad episode.
Pork Bowl finally became pork bowl. I will miss him.
I’m always searching for something, for someone. This feeling has possessed me I think, from that day… That day when the stars came falling.

Fix'd.

Edit: Oh, and if Hachiken isn't the main character with the best character development of the season (and even of the year, imo), then nobody should be. /biasedmodeoff

That Yoshino quote was amazing XD

and when Hachiken said that he was going to buy it, I immediately thought he was going to buy it as "meat", well, because it doesn't make sense if he bought Pork Bowl as a pet.

The shitty light romance string they threw in here since the beginning is just slowly pulling the show apart for me. Either have a romance element or just don't bother putting one in, this half-assed stuff just drags the entirety down for it. And yet again, it comes up, but then just disappears magically seconds later.

The rest of the episode was fine, albeit I ddin't like how easily he just started eating pork bowl - not when every other time he's eaten fucking anything he's made a massive deal about his first bite. Then this time he doesn't seem to give a shit. It's inconsistent with his character and ruined anything meaningful about him maturing or eating pork bowl.

I honestly have to disagree.

Since I've only seen the anime I took it as the complete maturation of a character.
He whines. He eats it. It's good.
He hesitates. He eats it. It's good.
Rinse & repeat.
Finally he reaches the most complex component of raising animals for food, & has finally come to COMPLETELY accept the reality around him.

Hachiken still isn't getting along with the grey horse he rides, though. The one that has human, not horse, facial expressions.

I'm pretty sad there's only one episode of this show left.
Your mean should be an even bell curve only if you watch every show that comes out. Having a high-slung mean doesn't mean you're rating improperly. It can also mean you're selecting shows well to watch mostly things you enjoy.

God damn Pork Bowl's meat makes me hungry. And god damn it looks so delicious! RIP to dat sweet pig,but it don't really affect me that much like crying over pork bowl because he just a pig and the meat. He sure looks nice though.
Ehh, that minor scene kinda ruined for me when they was talking about some other girl's relationship. I don't need that.
Lol at the meat scene "Girls love when you have meat money."
