| Wasn't a huge fan of the animation at first (I actually sort of like it now), but it definitely succeeded in unsettling me for a moment. One of the few anime out there that succeeded in creating an unsettling atmosphere well. |

| fuuuuuck. why did i choose to watch this before i slept. i liked the animation (kind of like danganronpa's mood done right). the music was boss at creating a scary atmosphere. i hate horror and i still do. but i think i can manage this. 4/5 as well, i can't say i absolutely enjoyed pissing my pants tho :D |

I don't recommend watching this during night, it's very creepy >_< (And I don't like those sudden scary scenes) I would like to watch other episodes but sometimes I can be very faint-hearted - knowing me I don't muster enough courage to continue with this any further. That said this can be very good ghost anime. |

| Watching this for the ED by Hatsune Miku but well I'm definitely not a fan of the poor quality of animation but well for one it does fit the style as a theater play, but well lets see what the others have to offer! |

| uhm, what the fuck have i just watched? xD ok i didn't do my homewoek on this show so all i knew it was a terror anime. as everyone has already said, yea the animation was pretty poor, but i think it is better this way cause it makes the story look even more creepy i think this lenght is perfect for the episodes, cause i enjoyed this little story, but i doubt that i'd watch a 20-25 minute episode of this show not bad, not great |

| I knew that the woman was there to warn him to not remove the stickers as soon as i saw here there lol. i do find it stupid that they didnt show us what happened between her getting in and getting arrested. obviously there was ample time between the two events,so they could have at least shown us something. still,a very good beginning,and FAR better than Yamizukan so far. let us hope it gets even better :) |

| Pretty good and kind of an unexpected turn of events. Atmosphere is pretty decent, art is neat and animation is sloppy. Seems perfect for 6 minutes horror EP. |

| Yes it was short but damn those 6 minutes weren't wasted in vain. The art style set the theme with a creepy undertone, and the sudden jumpscare legit got me. Looks like the woman was trying to help the new tenant. I have high hopes for this series! |

| why everyone keeps saying it was 6 mins, it was 4 min long, are you watching a different version or something? anyway, it was kinda creepy, but the woman being in his house was super obvious, I mean she was looking at him through the window the entire time plus his door was open. my watching order is a bit messed up, I started with season 7 then 8 then 6, and now I'm going back all the way to season 1, but I suppose it doesn't matter too much. well looking forward to the next one. |
