| Hey, guys. Would it be alright to list all the evidence that was presented before the trial in this topic or on a new one? I thought it might be fun for newcomers to speculate and deduce what might have happened during the night of the crime. Of course, for those who already know the answer are not allowed to post about it. |

| When I say this is the best anime of the year no one believes, and is already one of the best of all time for me, the theme is my favorite, I love the works of Agatha Christie, I love detective games, is a Phoenix Wright mix with Judge, great episode, just did not like the fact that the blood is ... pink, but oh well, this is something that can be considered, the weather was perfect, just missed to highlight some of the characters as the main focus was the protagonist. There should be more time pros viewers investigate the clues of the crime, but it can be analyzed by reviewing the episode again. Looking forward to next week! |

| Where the hell are the subs for this show? I've been waiting for about 8 hours now like a total idiot wanting his show to get subbed as much as possible. This is so disappointing. Ugh. |
| When the episode started, I too was thinking how faithful it's being adapted, but as soon as investigation kicked in they rushed it and I'm simply giving thumb down for that. 13 episodes simply isn't enough. With this pace the audience won't give a damn about characters when they aren't fleshed out. Junko telling Naegi that she will fix him some aggressive girlfriend may be non-important thing, but that free time within the game and ability to talk with characters actually gives you better picture of them. And then the deaths actually have an impact. The investigation was simply too watered down as well. They may fleshed out things during the trials but still, this is too quick. EDIT: The New World Order OST is so badass. My favorite. ^^ |

| And I’m impressed again! I am loving this adaptation. Sure, the pacing is fast and the investigation was rushed, but damn, that stylization! It’s so close to the game that I just have to love it - those UI quirks taken straight from the game, like the investigation prompt and even the matching music - and the evidence acquiring, it was just amazing. As well as those character count and "To be continued" screens, they appear at the end of each chapter in the game as well. Loving the original, remixed OST - as well as the OP and ED. Looking forward to the next episode - I’m hoping they saved most of the investigation for the class trial, should make the twists more awesome. And boy, there’s a lot of twists coming. :) |

| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| aww thanks for painting the blood pink. can air it saturday mornings well i didnt expect that. thought she commited suicide at first but i guess that wasnt it. that model girl :( honestly see her and whats her name dead considering they are probably better off D: cant see anything good for the winner |

| Quick thoughts after watching it subbed: - I noticed they cut a lot of dialogue, but I have hope for it to be improved later on. Why? Well, these ARE the starting episodes, so they have to explain shit and all that. Since there'll be lots of extra time since all the rules and stuff are already explained, that means we probably get more character interactions/development. - Investigation was cut short, but at the same time who wants to see 10 minutes worth of just.. examining stuff? And talking about it? I think it'll get its time to shine in the trial anyways. - I'm glad they foreshadowed a bit of depth for one of the characters that will be more noted late into the show. I won't say who though. - The entire time that Junko was arguing with Monobear, I was just screaming in my head 'stop stop stop stop stop youre going to die please baby stop' and.... yeah. - More QUALITY animation. |

Unless they didn't kill her in the bathroom...meh I'm too lazy to figure this out, and I probably couldn't anyways. Looking forward to the trial next week. Seems like only one person believes him. |

| What I like about this is that they present the evidence, then the trial comes in the next episode. It gives the viewer a chance to figure out the culprit, just like in the game. So, show off dem detective skills! The evidences are shown to you, you just need to connect the fragments of Chaos. :) One little tip : Examine everything closely... Also, what just sucks is that they just showed the evidence. No details. If any one wants some details on the evidences shown, just say it. :) |

The pink blood gives the entire game a more surreal feeling. It's original intention was so that it wouldnt be rated as an adult only game, but it also gives off the whole exaggerated feel that Danganronpa is most known for. You have the choice between them actually fucking showing the blood, or it being stupidly blacked out. |
