| I'm not really feeling Motoko's new character design and I'm kind of disappointed that this isn't SAC3 but at least we get something. I really hope they at least keep the same VAs. |

| It's stupid to assume that the new show will be a sequel or a prequel, since Gits universe has alternate settings in itself . It' more than likely that this will take place in a different setting from the movies and the series. Anyway,it's good to see Motoko again. |

| Well at least is a decent enough look but is certainly a downgrade to SAC Motoko. Hair too colorful etc and she kind of looks younger. Like a character from Mai Hime or something. GitS are some big shoes to fill. But I'd also imagine that the GitS fanbase won't exactly go nuts for something sub par, no? They really got to make a sincere effort for this to be successful just because of the greatness it will be compared to. At least I hope so. |

To me, the episodes focusing on her back story were some of the best stuff from 2nd Gig. Anyway, I'm gradually getting more excited about this. I think Neontaster is probably on to something here. And, I'm sure some GiTS fans had some trepidation when SAC came out....hopefully we'll get another great rendition. A unique take like someone previously mentioned. |
