| In a way this is not really much of a news because all the 4 novels in First Season have already been animated or well in process of being animated, and it is hard to think of Shaft only releasing one -monogatari anime (Kizu) in the whole year of 2013. The only exciting thing is to see the PV for this second season, as well as the opening of a website for it. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

I can trace back to its original Japanese source now: http://blog-imgs-44.fc2.com/j/a/m/jamjamberry01/i0606303-1333779310.jpg So it was Shinbo saying this back in April (and he said 2 cours which can be anything from 24 to 26 episodes). Personally I think the six novels are best done in 3 cours (36-39 eps). 2 cours for 6 novels means 4-5 episodes per novel, and given Neko:Kuro is done in 4 episodes, it is conceivable that the plan, or at least the number of episodes going to be made, is still at around 24-26 episodes for the 6 novels. |
