| Medaka Box is back with a raising-the-bar pilot episode. I hope we won't be disappointed in the end. But yeah, it's actually now that the real thing starts, I can't believe it took 12 episodes(a whole season) to make preparations for this. It's not that I mind, I'm just astound of the fact that the producers took the risk of investing in a pilot season that was not promising a 100% success. Way to go, anyway. |

| Medaka Box's first season only had around 3 good episodes. I didn't dislike it but I also didn't really like it with the exception of those 3 good episodes. 2 of those episodes were action filled episodes and the action was really badass! Medaka Box Abnormal is getting right into the action off the bat and this episode was great! It even made me laugh a couple of times, which is something an anime hasn't done in a while thanks to the fact that I've been watching Gintama which is so hilarious other anime's comedy doesn't compare and doesn't make me laugh (with some exceptions). The new opening is much better than the first one in my opinion. It doesn't compare to some openings anime like Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Date A Live or Gintama have but it's still amazing! If this season gets any better I'll most likely be giving it an 8/10 rather than a 6/10 like season 1! |

| I wish the previous season had something like this episode in terms of my friend is in need I have to help... like the Ex-captain did I would have preferred if the Student Council member did that in the fight against Unzen... nonetheless this started with bang and I can wait to uncover the mystery behind the "Flask Plan" |

| Well, I hope the theme will be consistent this time. S1 was so all over the place that I got bored even though I'm a sucker for cool fights. |
