| I'd rather they animated a /good/ yaoi. Or shounen-ai. That bara one might be interesting. No offense to anyone, but Junjou wasn't my cup of tea. Sekaiichi was all right, but in general I don't like that author's work. What about something like...hmmm...that author Asou Kai? Her manga are nice. |

If I weren't one of only like 1000 people who bothered to buy Sasameki Koto, maybe we'd see more like it. Yuri fans usually have to settle for shows that aren't strictly "about" lesbian relationships, but include significant appeal to yuri elements (say, K-ON!, Strike Witches, or Madoka Magica). As nice as those are, and as popular/well-received as they may be, we still don't have many shows that handle serious lesbian relationships though, no. I know, and it's pretty depressing actually. Thanks for reminding me I still need to watch Sasameki Koto though. |

Well if you don't mind explicit porn scenes there's tons of Yuri out there, or you can just play Yuri visual novels, there's hundreds of them around. I prefer fluffy shoujo-ai, but it's not like I mind porn so I'm probably going to switch to that soon, yeah. ...which is totally not what this topic is about, so I'll leave it at that and just patiently wait for the topic about the bara anime to be made and laugh at people's reactions. |

| I'm soo happy about this but if it isn't season 3 I will go on a rage >.> I do think that Nakamura Shungiku is getting too many chances when other good mangatas aren't but I'm really pleased this new anime is of Junjou Romantica that brought her popularity and what I love her for. On another note,why are people wanting a 3rd season of Sekaiichi Hatsukoi! -_- To me it's a downgraded version of Junjou and in the respect of her other and future works to come I would like to see a stop to them all getting some type of anime adaptation,I would rather see another BL anime series by someone else get animated. |

Just, no, I won't force myself through ANOTHER season of this. I'm really sorry for everyone who likes this and probably feels offended by my post, but I just can't understand why people like Junjou Romantica so much. I'm sorry guys. |

| Why do they keep adopting these shows? Not Yaoi, but Nakamura's mangas. There's so many other Yaoi and Shounen ai series that seriously needs an adoption.. and yet Studio Deen keep milking the cash cow out of Junjou Romantica, which imo is a really bad show. Would prefer it if it actually WAS a Yaoi, and not watered down into a shounen ai. |

Compared to the manga, yeah, it's pretty watered down. Even on MAL's database the the serie's genre is shounen ai and not Yaoi. I'm aware of the term BL, but since I don't live in Japan I will call it by the 'western' term (and I'm not a fujoshi either...). I see no reason to remove the extreme scenes, just make it into a OVA. For me, the only good part about Junjou's and Sekai's manga were the sex scenes, and when removing them it just turned... boring. |
