| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- lolwat I know it's based off a short novel, but the ending was a bit abrupt. I'm sorta glad it didn't turn into a long "on the run" manga with the ultimate goal of eliminating the dark though. The dark still exists, but at least they're free from being grave keepers. Why was he able to collect the money for defeating the dark when he was a criminal? Or that he was still designated as the grave keeper and the organization wouldn't just let it slide? There's a whole bunch of other questions that arise... but oh well, that's someone else's problem. I laughed at the last two pages. |

I would have thought this manga would continue longer. Explore the "dark" and the world beyond the graveyard and kind of build on the relationship between the two. Quite a few unanswered questions. |

| This could be a really cool anime (they could even improve a lot, like the ending and some other parts). At first I thought the story was extremely weird and I would hate it; now I think it was awesome and had a lot of potential to be more than it was. Just needed to be longer- characters would've been more fleshed out, the "world"... Great concept that ultimately falls short. I enjoyed reading it:3 |
| Wait what the heck? There are so many things left unexplained. Are they both grave keepers now? Are they free? He said the sunlight hurts a lot.. so are they going to live their lives in eternal suffering and physical pain? Hardly a happy ending.. I just didn't get it. 7/10 |

| So that's who Karas is....nice to know I guess. But yeah, this felt abrupt. At least it didn't end on a huge cliffhanger... Still, it had its decent moments and I'll applaud it for that. 7/10. |

| Ending pretty much wraped things around main duo, so it was a good ending. Only thing I got little confused was Karas, he was now ghost but, few chapters ago was Moul able to push in the hole, well nwm small detail. All in all it was a nice read 8/10 |

| Short and sweet, just how I like my stories. MC's issue resolved (wanting to get out due to false imprisonment), Herione's problems solved (loneliness + suffering), and the two are together at the end without tragedy. 8/10 |

| Funny, I thought this was amazing when I first read it in 2011, rating it a 9/10, but today I'm giving it a 7/10. Heck, maybe it deserves a 6/10 instead. The romance is oddly simple and forced in hindsight, with the mystery of Maria's ghost of souls through Karas being dumb... Overall, it's still somewhat intriguing but... I might deserve less than 6. It's a peculiar story. 5/10, I think. |
| Very corny ending. I only read this because I thought Melia looked cute on the volume cover so imagine how disgusted I was to discover she's 14 and also the manga artist drew her naked and guro. Raven/Karras was a fun character but I'm going to forget this story. 6/10 |
