| Somehow I just don't like the whole idea of a little group formed among the girls. I don't want rivalries :( I hope there won't be much of it, if any. Also, separating the twins was also a bad idea imo, they should never be taken apart, they are awesome together. Anyway, the song was nice. But just like the others I'm sad they didn't show Miki and Makoto's dance. I like Miki more and more, sure she is lazy, but she is awesome when she focuses. |

| The Producer is in Chaos when putting the Idols in a messed up schedule. Luckily Miki just make things perfect for the Producer. Nice dance at the end. |

| ^^ That was nice I'm sure Miki put a lot of effort into trying to make an impression, but I think it's kind of a talent if you can memorize the dance after watching it just once, it's not fully dependent on effort. The producer has it tougher than Ritsuko because he is handling a larger group of girls. |

| Producer-san starts to really interact in the story and it comes an episode more than good. Narration is not trivial, although the comic moments, good management Characters all actively participating in the story, more or less. The only drawback is the design in this TV version. One of the best things of this anime remain the ending. |

| I like how Iori is a mature loli. Azusa cut the hair... It suits her but I really like long hair. Eh, I am not into genius characters. Esp. lazy ones. Not really into Miki. I prefer someone like Chihaya over her. That pv was nice. And the producer realized that he doesn't talk with the other girls enough. Nice rivalry there. |

| I found a lot of this episode to be kind of dull. Wasn't crazy about the Producer rushing around and letting stuff slip through the cracks. Felt kind of rote and formulaic. What amounted to the B Plot was pretty interesting though. I thought Ritsuko was just going to make them all into a big idol super group. I didn't realize she was pairing three of them together. What a weird three too. Though I can kind of see what she means that they balance each other out. Hands down the best part was just the SMOKY THRILL video at the end. I thought I was mainly here for surprising characterization and different SOL antics. But I really enjoyed that now I just want more big idol performances. Maybe I'm just reading too much into it because Iori is totally my favorite. But I found it kind of interesting she was scowling the whole time they were watching the performance. And I found some significance in Makoto's look of surprise when she noticed that as well. Didn't draw attention to it. Maybe it was just a quick aside. |

| Producer-san learned an important lesson this episode. He's been trying to work for the idols, rather he must work with them and believe in them. The next step will be getting to know each one now that he's got trust in them! Seeing Yukiho approach producer-san with tea was quite a sight, you wouldn't imagine she used to be deathly afraid of him! They've definitely gotten closer. We also got to see a new side to Miki this episode. My impression of her was that she was going to be lazy forever, with her reason of being an idol being that she wanted to relax. But she really loves dancing and attention, and her trying her hardest like she is to get work is awesome! I thought Miki would be annoying the second I heard her gimmick, alike how I felt with Yukiho, and even with Iori since I had thought I'd seen her archetype a million times before, however in every case I've been proven wrong! Sidenote, I love Makoto and Iori's playful relationship. I can't recall if she was the one to call Iori forehead-chan, but from last episodes ghost stories, and this episodes mocking for slipping up on television I find them really cute. Makoto is such a big bro sis in her teasing and her looking out for her friends. |

| Well, there were some chaotic tries at first.. But some girls enjoy more work opportunities in the end.. So maybe - it's a right direction after all.. Also, more thought and communication with idols is needed, not just assigning more work for them.. Well, maybe producer will be able to show their best sides, as he tells.. |
