| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lala should stay far away from romance self-help books and manga, it's not good for her. Momo's watermelon monster was awesome and why can't we have some decent Mikan fanservice. Also, she has a yandere face. Yami sliced the monster in half blindfolded, very epic. The rest was your standard episode. 4/5 |

| Ah, the inevitable beach chapter. Two guys and a whole lot of girls. With that watermelon monster I was like, "how ecchi can it get?". xD "I'm studying!" "I don't know what kind of studying you're doing but..." xD And of course, the Master of Love chapter. Summary: Tsundere Lala was spot on! =P OK episode overall. =) |

| Lala is so cluelessly innocent, it's cute. I'd like to do the "studying" he was doing with her. Lala with the book was great, and some Lala centered episodes are nice. in the end Lala wins out but Rito is destined not for Lala or Haruna but the harem! |

| Seems like a standard episode. I felt like most of them after the watermelon monster was cut. Seeing it's arms & legs twitch and the tongue moving pretty much killed the mood to eat any watermelon. Seemed like only the alien characters were eating some. Weird that there was a Mayoi Neko Overrun reference in the 2nd part. I know they both have the same artist, but the animes were from different studios(MNO from AIC, To Love-ru from Xebec). As for the last part, seeing Lala acting shy & being a tsundere has been done before. The first season did it in the later episodes when she had that fever. The end of it made me think that maybe Rito is finally developing feelings for her and not taking her for granted. |

| I don't have my usual laugh when I watch this series anymore... It's getting less and less funny... some are naturally funny but some are forced... :/ loved the fanservice though so I guess it doesn't really matter xDDD |
| Not sure I know what the plot is if there is one at all. But I still like it, slice-of-life kind of feel with some sci-fi Oh! I almost forgot about the ecchi, its a nice bonus. :-) |
Segment 16 This part was good for fan service. Particularly all swimsuits were good but liked more ones from Lala, Yui, Haruna and Saki. Mikado was quite daring with the oil and even asking Oshizu to control Rito's hand. Nana, still objectionable towards her breast complex. Oh and it also proved with the following pic that Momo can be yandere.  Segment 17 The really good fan service of Yami was in this one. Best is the face she makes at seeing Rito's exam mark. Lala/Mikan fan service was ok. Mikan seeing Rito with Lala in the bed pose with Lala was hilarious. Segment 18 Best segment for me of this episode! Tons of laugh even 16 can't beat it. Mio and Risa small angels helped a lot to make comedy. Lala tsundere worked out amazing! What was she trying to do before though? With that dress Lala was way too sensual but her crying at the end, O_O, good thing Peke saves the day! | The last segment was the only one above average. I loved Lala trying to follow the book. Yeah, compared to when i saw the first series, as like my 3rd anime, I would of enjoyed those pointless ecchi jokes. However I've been jaded from constant fanservice since then. (Fine 6/10) |

| Predictable, but funny :P The breasts looked weird at times I think, but the rest of the fanservice was very good (waited for uncensored version). Celine was so cute when she bit the watermelon, Rito was flying around everywhere like usual. Ren did his best to be manly, but just lead to more fanservice. It seems that Yami won the watermelon splitting contest :o I really enjoyed the studying scene, Lala was cute, the music was very suiting and it felt like there was a good 'atmosphere' I also loved the third part of the episode. Lala was hilarious at times, but when she was in the alley way with Rito, she looked so sexy and cute o.O tangytangerine said: The end of it made me think that maybe Rito is finally developing feelings for her and not taking her for granted. I hope that Rito starts to really develop feelings for Lala, she tries so hard sometimes. |
| A decent episode overall. I really enjoyed the last segment with Lala using the romance guidebook. That has to be the most character development we've seen in her in ages, or at least any change at all to her personality/attitude. And tsundere was pretty cute. "Tsun!" |

| Everyone is having fun at the beach and momo had to summon a watermelon monster... Well at least yami defeated it and lala grows closer with rito. Rito just fall in love with lala instead already D: Wow lala is pretty smart, she is alike a dream girl... Smart, pretty, everything... Come on rito... Love the misunderstanding whrn mikan walked in xD Lala is so cute when she is trying to appeal to rito, too bad rito doesn't really notice her until the very end.. |
